I've taken the whole course of this supplement and I did notice better hydrated skin, hair looked slightly better and my nails grew fast. I love that it is made in the USA and are GMP certified. These come with 60 easy too swallow capsules at 2 a day. I took them at night before bed without any tummy upset or burping and supplement tastes. I think these are effective and they're a great price. I will order again
