This did suppress my hunger a bit and had to remind myself to eat.

It smells like rancid rice bran/flour or play dough like others have said. It irritates my stomach and the energy feels more like placebo than anything else. I’ve ordered this multiple times but I’ve finally come to the conclusion that these are just rancid and I should stop trying and stick to my caffeine pills for now. The caffeine pills have rice flour but smell like nothing unless they are very old. Not good enough to keep risking it. Hopefully they fix this!
