I ordered this bike back in May knowing it wouldn't be delivered until 31 July- 1 August due to being out of stock. However I am happy to report I received this item a few days early (28 July). The Bike is quite heavy, and should be lifted by 2 people. Hubby helped me assemble (lifting ends to attach bottom bars/wheels) which made it very easy to assemble. It took us less than 10 minutes.The bike is overall very well built and sturdy. Takes up very little space and can be moved easily. I completed a 30min spin class (thanks YouTube) and found the bike easy to use. I definitely got a great workout and am excited to incorporate this into my daily workout.The seat is a bit uncomfortable at first but I didn't notice it much after about 15mins. These types of seats just take some getting used too.I would highly recommend this bike to others.

Given the price, its a disappointment. Its certainly built well and to last too. For those that explicitly want this type of exercise bike they may well enjoy it. Personally, I just don't enjoy the configuration, the resistance -- there is a narrow range between too much and too little--, or the direct drive-chain. I think given the price, I'd have had a more pleasant experience paying a little extra and getting an electromagnetic bike instead. My advice is to buy something cheaper, or go all the way and get a magnetic resistance bike -- especially if you want to ride in a road-bike configuration.

Bike is great quality and a joy to use. Downside is the ibiking app which doesn’t work properly.

I bought this exercise bike to help in the recovery after my 2nd hip replacement, it is very heavy, built to last a very long time ,easy to put together, delivery from Germany was excellent we met the driver so he would not have to come down our narrow drive, was on time very polite and helpful.I have only used the bike 3 times, i can already feel the muscles getting stronger.The manual that comes with the bike has easy instructions to follow, i would recommend this exercise bike knowing how much it has helped me already.

Great bike, sturdy, easy to assemble, rides lovely, really quiet. But I wanted app compatibility, the console has no hard wire or Bluetooth capability. I contacted seller who sent a new console, it arrived and has same issue. I cannot get any device to pick up a Bluetooth signal from this bike. This is blatant false advertising, even the manual tells you it has Bluetooth but it does not. Even the hard wire socket is empty, nothing to plug into! Innovmax need to explain what is going on here, this is not a cheap bike by any means and should perform as advertised.

I am only giving one star as I am disappointed with the fact they have advertised this bike as having connectivity to Ibiking or Kenomap. It does not have any connectivity. The wired ports on the console are empty so there is no where to plug in a devise. It does not have bluetooth connnectivity either. I have contacted the seller about this several times and they just wont listen. The console is cheaply made compared to the bike.

Sturdy, robust exercise bike. Quiet. Easy to assemble and use. Quite heavy. Excellent customer service.

I read some of the reviews beforehand and I found this easy to assemble. It’s a heavy piece of kit well made. The electronic display is a bit out of the arc by today’s standards but I use my own app and belt so not a problem.
