I got this for my dad, who is over 70 years old and doesn't hold a driver's license. I was looking for a license-free moped and looked into scooty-type and cycle-type ones. I felt this one better fits in between those two, as the cycle one is inconvenient and the scooty one is large and uncomfortable.The max speed is 25kmph and it has three levels of speed levels. Acceleration is good as well - do not expect a normal bike level acceleration.The weight is manageable - a bit higher than a normal cycle and lower than a moped.My father feels it comfortable to ride around the city - short spins around 20kms at a time, charges after every 40kms (though the battery is not depleted fully).There is a small hook to hang bags - I would have preferred a saddle or a basket for better storage, but it is what it is.The charging port could have been placed in a convenient position to plug in the charger, which is the only con I see so far.Overall, a good one for elders and school kids.

Overall Quality is poor,Excelerator is half will cause pain in hand.Seat not comfortable for long ride.No footrest,No guard,No chain cover,Front hook is not good at all as its weak and things will fall in jurk.Motor wire is coming out from side, there is a guard, but its not guarding anything.

Accessories were neatly bundled with installation instructions, hence took hardly 30 minutes to unwrap and install the complete bike. (Side stand-1 with a pair of nut and bolt, Pedals-2, 2 set of Allen Keys, 2 Set of Spanners, Chargers with cable-1 and Ignition key Qty-2 (including spare key).4. Quality of material used is really good, be it metal or plastic. Specially the mud guards are pretty sturdy as if made of thick metal rather than sheet metal.5. Turn indicators available for front and rear integrated with LED headlight and brake light respectively. Electronics switching On- Off provides an additional safety feature.6. As for the riding mode, provides 3 levels LOW, MEDIUM and HIGH selectable from the display which also reads out the battery status. Throttle response is good and enhanced with Pedal assist. Trip meter adds to the convenience.7. Handle bar is adjustable to compensate depending on arm length. The grips come with palm support providing a comfortable grip, throttle taking up 1/3 of right grip. Handle has slots to attach left and right rear view mirrors available as separate accessory.8. Front Forks and rear spring suspension are good enough to provide a smooth ride in City roads.9. Seat is front foldable and locked in place by the same ignition key. Inside reveals the battery compartment and controller module neatly stacked in. The battery bank has a press to display charge level button and can be easily pulled out and up for charging.10. Weighing at only 40 kgs it’s the one of best e-bike in town.Customer Support: Right before purchasing, they provided a detailed review of all product and features, by a walk through video conferencing. It was best as I able to narrow down to product I wanted to buy.Cons None as of now

Longtime user review:Good product and service support also very good,I got full range around 55 KM to 65 KM normal road conditions, Good for city traffic and small roads ,Can ride with 2 persons not high speed , medium speed ,Maximum speed with throttle 25KM lockedNegative part - huge Hit sound coming from front fork ,from the day one it's same ,When u over come the edge of road or very small bump - huge thug soundDisc brakes are not that much effective,I try to adjust many way but still it's almost 50% break efficiency coming out , or need to apply front and back break togather,still no solution from molovot company,Have word with motovolt customer side ," They will find the solution and fix the problem in the front fork sound "Almost 7-9 month until now no calls received from MotovoltValue for money go for it

I have been driving this e-bike for more than two months now for daily commuting to the office, and it's good overall. The electric mechanism is reliable, rates are reasonable, and mileage is also satisfactory (not as claimed but decent). I am happy to invest in this bike. It is a fantastic electric mechanism with a sturdy, simple look.Till to date i have not faced any issues and it's a head turner whenever i pass by in busy street. Many people have been enquiring about the bike and i do recommend to all about this.

I was received this product on 27th Oct 2023 by Gati courier. There was delay of delivery by gati courier because it reached my destination on 25th October but these people delivered me on 27th October. It is good bike cum bycycle. it is easy to drive by children also. but there is some cons like.1.Front suspension issue2. no footrest for 2nd person.3. Paddeling is difficult during small hill area if battery charge off.If these cons remove by the manufacturer then this is the best product.

The vehicle delivered on 18th September 2025, run smoothly. But the side indicators do not work. The company promised to send one for solving the problem. Till today nothing happened. If personally one could do service the bike, can buy; but company seems to be not trustworthy! It's my experience. I feel to be cheated. I don't know how I can go with this bike. If there is no continuous support from the company it is very difficult to maintain an electric vehicle. I feel really trapped. Today, 13th October, the charge indicator very drastically. It seems we can't calculate how long we can go with it. All may have solutions only if the company's support is there.
