Reliable Cameras With Excellent Customer Service
I’ve been using five of these cameras for about a year and have been very happy with them overall. The video quality is good and clear, including in night vision, and the cameras are easy to set up and reset if there are unexpected Wi-Fi issues.I’ve also been genuinely impressed with Cinnado’s customer service. Whenever I’ve needed technical support, I’ve received a response within a day. Recently, two of my cameras began having trouble staying connected. Customer service worked with me to troubleshoot the issue remotely, and when we weren’t able to resolve it, they replaced both cameras without any hassle. It’s reassuring to see a company stand behind its products well after the initial purchase. Between the camera quality and the support I’ve received, I’ve been very pleased with my experience.

Great little camera for the price!
Great little camera to keep an eye on the dogs and home while we are away. Very easy to use, app is simple to operate and the video is sharp. I'm able to speak to my dogs through the camera and it tracks their movements. Perfect for our needs.

Great pictire quality and service
This is a great little camera. The picture quality is really crisp. It has tilt, pan and zoom. Great features for an inexpensive camera. The app is very intuitive and user friendly. I will be back for future camera needs. Also great customer seervice. I did not reach out to them as it installed easily. They reached out to me to see if everything is OK and ask about any troubles. Very rare in today's enviroments

Great little $11 camera
Great little security camera, I got one because I like to watch my little kitties on camera at night to see what mischief they get into when im not around. I like this camera because for the cost of a meal I can have peace of mind leaving the house. Every motion it captures it leaves you a short 10 second recording which is nice if you dont want to pay for the subscription. I especially enjoy the night vision feature as well. I believe the device is compatible with every phone operating system as long as you can find a way to download the "wansview" app. So far it seems like a durable device, the quality of the plastic casing seems quite nice, however, I dont plan on throwing it across the room to test it as it is only an $11 camera. I like how you can also communicate through the device but there is around a 5-10 second delay to audio which is not a big deal for me but could be important to others. I will say the audio is great but its not terrible.Pros:- cheap camera- comes with mounting peices to put on a ceiling-180 camera view so perfect for a corner.- can adjust camera remotely and speak through camera- can set up alarms if something comes into camera view- night vision-app is easy to use- you can set up to four camera to view at one time from what I can seeCons:- if you want your videos stored or be able to see the whole video you have to pay for a subscription-audio is only ok, i would use this more for visual rather than audio-the device has to be connected through wi-fi- it is a little difficult to add another person on the app to view from different devices

Great pet camera with night vision and custom alerts – recordings need a subscription
The app is very easy to use. It alerts me when my pet moves, and you can set a schedule so it doesn't send motion alerts during the day but does at night (or during whatever hours you choose). The image looks great both during the day and at night thanks to the night vision, and you can zoom in. I can call my pet through the app and hear the sounds in the room. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that you have to pay for a membership to keep a record of the recordings. Even so, I've already bought 4 of these cameras and they're all very good!

Motion detection is not so great.
In short, the Cinnado camera works okay. The included app is basic and does not have a lot of settings to it.For instance you can’t change recording intervals unless you subscribed to the cloud storage. The SD storage (128gb limit) only allow the default record interval which can’t be changed that I’m aware of.The quality of the videos an image is clear for the most part, (I do doubt it’s actually 2k, probably upscale through software). However, the camera does absorb a lot of light, so in daylight it might seem wash out (where there is a lot of light from the sun) if you’re pointing it outside, as too much light is entering the camera lens and there’s no way to filter it out. There is a continuous recording mode, and motion detection recording mode. Here is a list of pros and cons.Pros:- Affordable (at the time I purchase this was half off)- Has 320° pan and has tilt function.- Positioning set (can save up to 4 position).- Micro SD card storage for recording.- Stable connection (doesn’t go offline every few days).- Camera flip option in camera app (for upside down mounting)- Super light (comes in handing when mounting on ceiling).- Human detection (not sure if this is a permanent feature or a 7/30 day trial).- Panning seems to work well (internet connection speed plays a vital role).- Appears to have a good selection of camera that can be used with the included app according the app.- In “replay” mode (located on the main screen control panel) you’ll be able to view the continuous recording video (if you had this on) along with motion event recording (highlighted in a darker blue bubble) on the timeline.Cons:- Can’t change recording interval unless subscribe to Cloud service.- Detection parameter doesn’t appear to work.- Video is a bit washed out on bright days.- Motion detection sensitivity level adjustment seems flaky. Doesn’t work well.- No quick way of deleting all alert (even when formatting SD card)- When scrolling through the replay mode timeline, the frame doesn’t move with the scroll (you won’t know what frame you’re at until you stop scrolling). This is a con because sometimes you want to replay the video in fast mode to find certain clips.- A bit bigger than expected.- again, motion detection doesn’t appear to work well. I walked in Ffront of it several time and it didn’t detect me. Yet a car pass by and it was able to detect that. I might have received a defective product.- customer service is slow, takes about 48 hrs for the initial email response and follow up emails (well I’m still waiting)A little something to know about the motion detection sensitivity. On first start up (after setting the camera up), the camera was triggering every movement from 30+ feet away, even on the lowest sensitive setting. Restarting the camera did not help. Limiting the detection zone also didn’t help. Also, at night time, if a car passes by with headlights on, the motion detection will trigger an alert (about every 1 minute). Even with the sensitivity detection set to low, and detection parameter minimized so that the vehicle zone is not included. It either over detect or doesn’t detect at all is what it seems like.Alert function options: The camera allows you to filter out alert notification and only alert you when human are detected. hHowever, all the other alert gets piled up and hidden .In order to see all the non related alert messages (when human alert is selected), you need to select the camera live view, then select “Alert”, select “show more”, click the “filter” drop down and deselect “human”, then click “ok”. Then you will see all the alert that happens in the background that wasn’t pushed to you. This is a great function and not so great at the same time as these alert gets piled up.In conclusion, it’s a decent camera and if you’re on a tight budget, this should get the job done. I think it works better where there isn’t constant vehicle traffic. Or places where you can make sure the camera won’t over extend it field of view to the street. One last note. This camera take in so much light that at night time, all it need is a light glow of light from 100feet away and you can view it in color mode at night time without the infrared light.Update 6/5/25A little after a month of owning this, the camera lost connection twice and require me to unplug the power and reconnect it to get it back online. Motion detection is a hit or miss. Lowering it to one star for the drop connection that requires a power down.Update 10/17/25This is definitely not a 2k camera. I had a few incident happen recently And while the camera capture the incident. The image is not clear enough to identify the suspect. Unfortunately this is probably a 720p camera

Helped watch kitty after surgery!!!
It’s a nice quality looking security camera. My cat had to have surgery and he needed privacy and quiet while recovering. But I needed peace of mind knowing if he was okay. Easy to set up, no monthly fees unless you want to save on cloud. You also can use sd card. I just wanted to view him every now and then to see if he was okay. I started with the motion alert on. But it caught every little movement ( you can change sensitivity settings). I ended up just turning the camper on when I want to see how he is doing and turning off when he is sleeping. All can be done in the free app on your iPhone! So handy So nice! I turned the sound off. To me it sounded a little hissy. But when I held the microphone down and spoke to him he definitely heard me. So you can speak to person or animal near camera. I left it plugged it- have not tried the battery yet. I liked it well enough that I plan on buying 4 more!!! It will be great for when we need to check in on our animals when away for a few hours. Also customer service checked in by email to see if we needed any help setting it up. They sent setup information and contacted me several times to make sure we were happy with the camera! So excellent customer service too!!!

100/100
It’s 2026. I got this camera a little over a year ago but I highly recommend. I love that you can talk through the camera and there’s like a one second delay, you can also adjust how loud your volume is when you talk… Oh you also don’t have to be connected to Wi-Fi to use it, like if you’re not home. When I got it My youngest son was in that crawling stage and I felt more comfortable having the camera so I can keep an eye on him when he would crawl into his big brothers‘s room, for example, if I was actively cleaning or cooking. It’s not the camera that you hang or whatever. It’s pretty easy to place on flat surfaces. I used the windowsill mainly. If you pay an extra fee, you can review footage as far back as you want, but for the most part if I’m not mistaken *I have not used this camera in a couple of months* but if I’m not mistaken, I think you can go back a week and then the footage deletes. Or you can delete it daily. You can also adjust the view and look left right up or down very easily. They also notify you if it detects a person or if it detects movement. So if you plan on using this for I don’t know your pets or your child be prepared for many notifications because it’s almost nonstop when they are awake lol.. My only complaint but it’s not a dealbreaker *clearly I’ve had it for almost 2 years, the complaint is I don’t like that it has to be plugged in, in order to work. I do plan on eventually resetting the camera completely and deleting my profile and getting a new camera that doesn’t need to be plugged in for a starter camera it’s not bad at all and again that’s not even a real issue.

Cinnado D1 (5MP) indoor camera - (but used outdoor)
Bit of a story...So I've had Nest wired cameras for years, the greedyness of Google has become intolerable & rediculous to the point that the subscription has now incease to £160 a yearBeen putting it off for years but finally the price increase email from the last month was the last straw & convinced me to get up the attic, rip them out once & for all & get rid of them.Having been sooo used to the nest app, I was apprehensive about a new camera systen, especially as I'd decided this time to go for onsite storage without paying for the cloud. The first system I purchased had a 500gb hard drive and had dual lens cameras, Camcamp - nice looking cameras using Cloudeye 365 app... instantly hated the cameras, they picked up "Humanoids", tracked them for two seconds & looked else where, if you wanted cars & pets detection - the app would pester you to upgrade to the cloud... i mean why would I want to upgrade to the cloud to unlock core features when i have a hard drive (especially when its advertised as no subscription)? I stuck with them for 6 days (as it took me 4 hours fitting them & the thought of ripping them back out didn't appeal, but on arriving home on the 7th day I noticed one of the cameras had done a 180 & was pointing the my livingroom window... HandyThis was the last straw, up the attic I went, ripped them out & sent them back awaiting refundThe next three I bought were generic PTZ wifi cameras, with no hard drive - storage was micro sd cards in the camera itself... theses again were ok ish, but again thee app was horrible & the cameras would often not return to their guard position - very annoying and would miss action regularly. Also it would track a person walking up the drive - to a point, but if the person stood still for 3 seconds, the camera would move else where. So all you had to do is stand still for three seconds, wait for the camera to move, then run upto my door - undetectedAgain, these lasted a few days & then I had to get back up the attic & rip them all out, some old... send them back for refundThis time I decided to temporarily fit my indoor Cinnado D1 3mp indoor camera, which I usually only turn on when im away on holiday, just to keep an eye on the placeOMG wow, it was always a great indoor camera & I always loved the app & now it was doing the business outside - better than the previos two way more expensive systems I'd tried AND 100% better than the awful Nest quality which I'd become used to... AND for a fraction of the price £14, compared to £160 Nest suscription, £220 for the hard drive system, £40 per camera for tge stand alone ones I triedAmazing discrete little camera, pics up everything & auto tracking, fitted it upside down shelteted under the eves, couldn't believe this one tiny little camera packs a punch & is better than all the other 3 & 4 camera setups - supposedly "professional" systems I'd tried beforeAfter a few days I was soo impressed, decided to by another 3Then I realised there was an upgraded 5mp model for an extra £6 over the 3mp, so ordered 3 x 5mp for outside & I'd put the 3mp back in the kitchenThey arrived, so easy to set up & fit with the supplied bracked & wow, if you tjough the 3mp was good, the 5mp is excellent, on another level, the way it picks up & follows everything, cars, people, cats, crips packets blowing down the street... I can't fault them... AND they lock onto the target for about 10 seconds if its been following a target & it stopsIt does get some false alerts, but like I say I'm using it outside when really its an indoor camera, with the rain we've had this week all three cameras are working fine & not batted an eyelid, some false alerts, but thats my fault for fitting them outside & I'd rather have a few false alerts them miss things, I can't fault them, smart, small, discrete, intelligent, excellent app & for the price absolute bargain, if I ever needed more I'd have these in a heart beatYou will need an sd card if you don't want cloud storage, but it does give a numver of free 10 second video alerts that it saves to the camera if you dont have an sd card and dont want the cloud. Just kerp deleting the alerts after you've watched them to free space for more alertsYou can also download clips off the timeline to mp4 & save on your phoneMotion detection settings, alert types - car, pet, human, favourite position to return to, auto trackingPerfect little cameras

Cinnado Camera Review :)
From my personal experience, this camera has been great quality for the price that it is. With the recording footage it gives you a nice clear image for an indoor camera ( This will obviously vary by your internet quality ) and I myself have been using it to keep an eye on my pet. When it's dark the night vision works just as well, keeping you in the flow of whatever movement may be happening around. There is also the other handy features, such as the rotating up and down or side to side, or even being able to speak through the camera. The volume of both the recieving end and the speaker can be adjusted to your liking, aswell as the vision mode you wish to have the camera on and other features such as motion tracking can be turned on. I have tested this motion tracking and it is able to pick up on every small movement. The plug-in lead is also fairly long for wherever you may wish to place it. The recording footage may also be shared with family and friends no matter where they may be. Overall, i would definitely recommend this camera to those looking around.
