I'm on chapter 5 or 6...can't remember but this book is so boring. It's supposed to be a horror or thriller but there's nothing thrilling about it and the horror aspect is an old lady that's bed ridden but apparently very scary cause she killed people ages ago. BORING!!!!!

Holy Hell!!!!! The Only One Left by Riley Sager is….. my god don’t know where to begin!! I thought this book would be just a little fun mystery that I could just sit back and read. I had seen many people suggest this book on social media and I thought it would be a fun read. Well it turned out to be so much more than I could have ever expected!!! Ok so here is the plot of this. It takes place in 1983 when Kit McDeere, a caretaker is hired to take care of Lenora Hope. She is mute caused by many strokes. Lenora Hope is very well known in the town and lives on the coast of Maine. Now what she is known for is killing her mother, father and sister. However it was never proven, the town is in agreement she did it. Kit, who is hired to live in the house and take care of her to replace the last nurse that just took off one night. Kit then learns that Lenora can communicate by using a typewriter with her one arm. Lenora tells Kit, “I will tell you everything.” With clues from Lenora’s story and clues from the other employees that work at the house, Kit starts to work towards what happened that night Lenora Hope, allegedly killed her family. Nothing is what it seems and just when you think you have it figured out…….HELL NO YOU’RE WRONG!!!! This book has more twists than a corkscrew. It was fantastic, and when the mystery is finally revealed, you are like “WTF!!” Can’t recommend this enough. Just all around fantastic!!! Get this book!!!!

One of the best reads would recommend to give it a try

This reading has been AMAZING and has become one of my favorite books! ❤️❤️ It has it all; drama, suspense, romanticism, very well executed plot twists, likable characters... It doesn't disappoint in any moment. I have read a lot of thrillers but I have never seen this kind of storyline before and the way it connects the present with the past is perfect. When you are recovering from one jaw-dropping plot twist, you find another one comming after 10 pages, the story goes straight to the point and the author makes it very easy to have feelings towards each of them. I completely recomend it, I have enjoyed every single page of this book and I truly HOPE they make a movie about this!! 💯
