The chair as a chair is indeed great but the extras such as the gel pad and the massage cushion have been useless.The problem with the gel pad is it is slippery as in the cover moves a lot and the massage cushion is just a small motor with an offset weight that simulates a "massager".Onto the main topic of the chair in itself it is great the are small issues like the armrests are attached but the seat cusion is fantastic and the flat back is fantastic compared to other "gaming" chairs making it super comfortable for long computer sessions. The fabric and the colour options have been great instead of the usual faux leather chair is it usual morose colours.t.l.d.r: Great comfortable chair just ignore the extras.

Pros:1) Quality of cushion and plastic used is very good.2) Tilt and height mechanism works perfectly fine.3) Lower back and neck support is good.4) Stylish look5) Massager feature is satisfactory and can be used occasionally.6) Leg support with an extension is a good to have option.7) DIY setup which is quite easy and doable in less than 1 hour.Cons:1) Under thigh support is not enough for tall people.[ It can be more than enough for short or medium height ]2) One of the screw on left armrest cannot be screwed all the way in. This spoils the look.3) Extended leg support doest feel that strong. Need to make it more sturdy.Overall, a good purchase for this price range.Liked it. 🤩

No assembly support..very difficult to DIY...

The quality of this chair is not justifying its price. its clear that cheap materials used to build this chair. I guess its imported from china in a cheaper price and seller selling it here on a higher price. Not worth to spend 16000 INR

Wasted about 17,000 rupees on this waste product .. cheap quality ... low height .. cheap fabric .. there is nothing good in this product.I bought, assembled and used it for 5 minutes and then tried to refund it .. but it wasn't refundable .. then I thrown in garbage and continuing with my old chair

Honestly as a bigger person its hard to find a really a really cozy but cute gaming chair. Im probs like 290-300lbs atm. Most gaming chairs have lips on the sides which can dig into your hips. This one has a really comfortable base. I do wish it wasnt made of fabric and instead some type of more cleanable material. It has a back vibrator which I have a bit of scoliosis so it is beautiful. As far as sitting criss cross with the leg thing It is a bit finicky. Not quite as supportive as Id like but if you are smaller it would probably be more sturdy tbh. Overall I do love the color and it is really supportive and comfortable for sitting for a long time

Excelente calidad, precio material busque mucho y está silla tiene todo lo que buscaba. Comodidad alivio si paso horas trabajando en el oficina en casa y un buen soporte para pies ningún material es débil ni de mala calidad. El cel es un gran plus para el verano estoy encantada con la compra honestamente no pensé que me gustará tanto una silla gamer y para ser mi primera silla fue mucho más de lo que esperaba. La almohada, la tela todo super cómodo. El material se ve y siente muy resistente.

Súper linda , en color y material, fácil de armar (aunque se necesita algo de fuerza para ensamblar las llantas y el soporte) vale 100% la pena, llegó súper ordenado todo y bien empacado. Y el masajeador uuuffff 10/10

The chair is very well built and good looking in my room. Customer service from Dowinx was incredible, they were able to correct my address easily when it was incorrectly placed into Amazon and I actually ended up receiving the chair ahead of schedule. Very pleasant and easy to work with, and the chair is a great addition to my gaming setup.

Llevo 4 meses con la silla y puedo recomendarla ampliamente.El material es suave, transpirable y el color es muy bonito. Tenía un poco de preocupación sobre su resistencia ya que a simple vista el respaldo se ve delgado, además las patas, ruedas y reposabrazos son de plástico, sin embargo, en su conjunto, es una silla muy sólida y cómoda.Lo único débil es el reposapiés, pues al utilizarlo se siente que puede romperse y es un poco complicado de deslizar.
