The product is a great product overall. Would definitely recommend. Feels a little expensive per serving but when compared to energy drinks or pre-workout it is a better value. Not much to say for flavor because there is a slight taste that’s not good initially but it does come through after that initial little bit I prefer the mint because it over powers that first odd taste. As for the gum it has helped with my training for my next half marathon I feel and it is great to avoid the dry mouth that sometimes comes with running. The two pack is great because I can start with one price and if it is a longer run the I can grab the second price for that extra kick in the middle of the run. The packaging is great because I fold it and no sweat gets through to the gum so it stays fresh. Also I like running on an empty stomach is there is nothing I have to put in my stomach like a pre-workout or energy drink.

Run Gum has a wonderful flavor. I do not get a jittery feeling after chewing it. Normally, I will dispose of it after 20 minutes because it loses its flavor and becomes rubbery in texture, however, I have enjoyed the slow energized feelings which have helped immensely since I work third shift and go to college during the daytime hours. Thank you for a wonderful product.

There was an after taste that I didn't particularly like, however it did have an energy boost that I did like.

I have been using Run Gum for about 8 years now, off and on. To be honest, I've never noticed much of an energy boost, at least with only one piece of gum. The other negative is the flavor does not last long at all. The positive with the Fruit flavor is it's my favorite flavor by far.

This will go down as the worst purchase of 2019. As a distance runner, this item intrigued me as it would give me a little boost during my long runs. Unfortunately, upon trying the first piece the taste was unbearable and I had to remove it after a few minutes as I was getting a stomach ache and gagging. I wrote them a message and they basically told me to power through the bad taste until you can no longer taste it, then dispose of it. Well, for me the last thing I want is a terrible taste that disturbs my stomach and makes me gag 15 miles into a long run. Great concept, but I feel the R & D on this product was subpar at best.
