Holy wow batman. Looks like I just stepped out of the stylist.
I always assumed the reason my hair looked so much better/silkier coming out of the stylist was because of the fresh color. I'm 49 and my natural hair is thin and out of control gray - not a good look. But fresh hair color always calms it. And it always looks lovely when I walk out of the hair dresser, but the texture/volume never that way when I do it myself (despite using Dyson's hair dryer, which is supposed to be the "best"). Well, my Dyson broke so I splurged on this one with, honestly, not terribly high hopes. On top of it all, my hair hasn't been colored in 10 weeks (long story) and has been looking just old and terrible! I haven't even washed it in a few days, but I was really curious to try this dryer out when it arrived, so I wet down my hair, put a small dollop of styling mousse and gave it a try. OH MY GOD. I only spent maybe 15 minutes on it (okay, granted, I have thin hair - but still, I didn't do anything super fancy) - and it TOTALLY looks silky gorgeous like I just came out of the salon. You can barely even tell that it's so overdue for a color. I'm completely blown away. Wow. Wow. Wow.

Great hair dryer!
This drys my hair super fast. It does help with the frizzies as well. I have naturally wavy hair, since it is now mostly white, it frizzes. This dryer does help with that. It is light weight and easy to use. Pricey, but worth the money.

Expensive hair dryer investment
Very nice hair dryer it is very expensive for what you are getting. I am hoping it will last a long time. Seems to be made pretty well from the last 3 months of use.

T3-Cura Luxe Hair Dryerr
This hair dryer was purchased about 15 months ago the hair dryer itself works is light weight and works okay if you are not in a hurry. It does seem to take longer to dry hair than some less expensive brands I have purchased. When I bought the hair dryer it came with a small and large concentrator, both of which are very difficult to take on and off. The 2 concentrators are very brittle where they connect to the hair dryer and have both chipped away to the point of not being usable. The company (T3) was contacted through their website about 2 weeks ago and I have not heard anything from them. If you are purchasing this near $300 hair dryer and intend to use the attachments, I would suggest choosing a different brand than the T3 because in all actuality, they do not last very long. The company makes it very difficult to contact them. Amazon does not appear to sell the concentrators. Now the lights are flashing on it and will not stop even after following the reset instructions. After filling a warranty claim with T3 they responded with the following:Your warranty claim has been conditionally approved. This approval is only valid if the original serial number on the product has not been removed, altered, or otherwise tampered with. If the serial number has been removed, altered, or otherwise tampered with, your warranty claim will be denied. In order to receive a replacement product, please follow the steps below:Cut the cord on the defective tool. Please make sure the cord is cut as close as possible to the base of the tool. On a piece of paper, handwrite a note that includes your name, address, telephone number, claim number (shown above), and the date of your response. Respond to this email with ONE (1) photograph that includes a clear image of the tool with its cord cut AND the clearly handwritten note. Please note, the serial number must be visible on the product in the photograph with your handwritten note. In addition, the photograph must show where the product's cord has been cut.We recommend keeping your product until after you have received an email from T3, confirming that your replacement has been processed. This claim is valid for 90 days. If any of the requested information is not visible or legible, you will be required to provide updated documentation. If your claim expires before a final decision is made, you must submit a new warranty claim for further consideration. Please do not include any accessories or non-T3 items in the photograph. T3 is neither liable nor responsible for cords being cut of non-T3 items and/or destroyed accessories. So long as you have met the requirements outlined above, your warranty claim will be approved and a replacement product will be sent. You will receive a separate email within two business days, confirming that your replacement is being processed. When your replacement is shipped, you will receive a final email with your tracking information. While we make every effort to provide an identical replacement, we cannot guarantee color selection on warranty replacements. If your originally purchased product is unavailable, a comparable product will be sent in its place. Warranty replacements are issued from a stock of open-box or refurbished products that have been professionally inspected to ensure like-new performance and appearance. The inspection process includes a full diagnostic test and comprehensive cleaning and sanitation. Any warranty period remaining from your original T3 Micro purchase will apply to your replacement product, but the duration of your warranty will not be extended for the replacement product. So, after paying approximately $300 for the hair dryer they have approved a replacement under the warranty but have to do without until they get around to replacing it and then they are not replacing it with a new one. This is not a very good way of doing business for such a high-priced item. Terrible customer service.

I did it myself and it looks better than a salon!
Years on Amazon! First review ever...you really never know truth from "fake" marketing! This hair dryer is absolutely awesome - i would recommend it to all of my friends. My hair is a nightmare! Drytime is for EVER! with most likely lack luster results (no pun intended). My hair really did look like a professional blow-out...if fact...I now leave my hairdresser with wet hair after a color so I can come home and blow it out myself. Highly Highly recommended. Use a brush that really grabs your hair...the cool shot button is the best, you don't get a finger cramp holding it down while it gets cool.

This dryer keeps turning off while I use it
I have no idea why it does this, but the hairdryer turns off every 8 seconds or so. I have to push the buttons over and over to reset it to get it to turn back on. It has nothing to do with my power source, as my other styling tools are working fine in the same outlets.

Not like their original.
I like my original now (15 year old) t3 Featherweight better, even though it didn’t have all the fancy features. It was lighter weight, and the awesome HairZone diffuser fit on it. This Cura Luxe does have more heat and speed settings, as well as a cool button and auto pause, but it’s heavier than I’m used to after the Featherweight, and it pained me to spend what it cost. Not to mention that it doesn’t come with a diffuser, and the only one available that will fit is the t3 Soft Curl at $30. I wish t3 would bring back an updated version of their original and include a diffuser that has some “give” to it. Then it’d be worth the asking price.

Great for fine hair
I love this dryer! I was skeptical about the price, but took a chance because I have fine hair and I’m not very good at styling my own hair. I can actually dry and style my hair quickly with this dryer and it looks really good. I think I will easily recoup the price in fewer professional blow outs.
