It is only small, maybe too small for some of our liking!...but slips in easily, and so long as you do not use too much water pressure or use too hot or too cold water then this works well as an anal douche.

Maybe for beginners
Had my own Spinal Tap moment with this one. Had inches in my head and didn't read centimetres! I'm sure it would be ok for those not looking for a very deep clean as I like to have. Material is nice and should slip inside most orifices easily. Can't blame anyone else for my silly mistake and I'm sure I'll have a partner who will find it useful. For now I'll stick to my long and bumby stainless steel douche. That's more suitable for those of us who will be receiving something very big!
