Fiskars 7" Student Glitter Scissors for Kids Ages 12-14 (2-Pack), Scissors for School or Crafting, Back to School Supplies, Black and Turquoise

I bought these for my craft- loving girls. They were overjoyed and 6 year old commented that they felt better than those "stupid school scissors that hurt my fingers." Overall, the scissors look sleek and feel sturdy. The smooth plastic handles are comfortable and function well in my right hand. They also seem to sit well in the kids' hands. The bright colors are delightful and will keep them from fighting over ownership. The tips are moderately pointed. They are sturdy enough to cut through a paper towel roll, construction paper, yarn, light fabric, plastic straws, duct tape but I wouldn't push it much beyond that. (They are sharp enough to work well at those applications.) At under 7" overall they fit nicely into the kids' pencil boxes. Overall I am very satisfied and think they are an excellent buy for the price. And they are Fiskars, so there's that!

These are good scissors for crafting.

Where do all the scissors go? If you’re like me, then scissors seem to disappear like socks in a dryer. Somehow my kids have misplaced all of our kid scissors over the course of this past year and I find myself needing new scissors for this coming school year. This multi pack is great because I have several young children. I know that they will be able to use these quite a bit as they are cutting out various things for their school activities. The quality is what I would expect from this brand and I’m happy with my purchase. The comfort grip is an added plus and the cute designs are something I know my kids will also enjoy.

My daughter needed scissors for middle school that would fit in her pencil case but didn’t want to show up with kids’ safety scissors and these fit the bill perfectly!

They are great. We got the wrong color but they work.

My son ended up breaking the scissors we purchased for school in September. They were a different name brand that were the only ones left at the store the day before school stated. The quality of the fiskers is so much higher. I ended up with 3 pair for the price of the one pair that broke with in 4 months of use by a 4th grader. Fiskers was always my preferred brand but they have earned more brand loyalty this time around. The scissors are sturdy and I can tell they will last through the demands of a 4th grade boy who loves to “create things” out of cardboard. Worth the money for the better brand.

They are a very convenient size, and I leave them in various areas of the house where I might need a pair of scissors. They work for cutting medium-tough stuff, slicing open taped boxes, cut open bags, and any number of other things. They are simply great multi-purpose scissors. I do seem to lose a pair more often than I should, but that's my fault not the scissors'!! I love the bright colored handles which make them easier to notice/find if inadvertently dropped somewhere. I've been sold on Fiskars scissors since I lost an 8" pair many years ago, then found them A YEAR LATER, out in my lawn where I had apparently dropped them when carrying them around on my wheelchair. They are still just as functional as they were, and the only noticeable effect of laying out in the weather for a year is that the orange handles are a little faded in color now! But they still cut just as well as when they were new.

Good price and great product…can’t go wrong with fiskars. Definitely for older kids- the handles are larger & scissors are pointy and sharp.

Work great, nice size to grab rather than sewing scissors.

It is good quality, only issue is the design. When you use it, it's not comfortable cause you have to squeeze and you feel the part that is designed cause it's not flat

Scissors seem fine, but son refuses to use for school since pink was sent. Would gladly pay more for a choice of color. Will be sending back and ordering something that can be used.
