Very nice lamp, sleek, great lighting options, well built.
The lamp is exactly as described. Very easy to use, just plug it in and touch the "standby" icon. Wireless charging works immediately, if you have a QI compatible phone just placed it on the pad, leave it for a second or two and your phone will start to charge.Brightness is controlled by swiping up and down the brightness levels and colour change/colour temperatures are changed by cycling through on the colour button. There is also a USB connection around the back of the lamp.The lamp itself is very sturdy and modern and holds it's position very well. Movement is as described/expected.Very good overall, recommended.

Very flexible desk lamp with added functionality
I purchased this for my mum for Christmas so I can't speak for myself on the product, however she absolutely loves it.My mum wanted a bed side lamp that she could use for reading books in bed with and this definitely fits the bill there, with a flexible light that can be moved around and adjusted to her preference. The light also has 5 different colour (or 'warmth') settings as well as 7 different brightness levels.The controls are easy to use so even technophobes should be able to use this device easily without too much of a struggle. Anything that's going next to the bed has to be easy too use as complex devices can be frustrating if you're nodding off or have just woken up!The light also has a wireless charging pad which she uses for charging her Samsung Galaxy S8.I asked her if she had any negative feedback or problems and said she couldn't fault it at all. Perhaps she's just being polite because it was a present or more likely that TaoTronics have done a great job at creating a good product.Unfortunately, I had to give her a copy of the Amazon invoice so she could register for an additional extended warranty, which takes it up to 18 months. This meant she saw how much the lamp cost which doesn't bother me but if you are buying this as a present for someone perhaps you should apply for the extended warranty on their behalf!My mum loved this light and that's the main thing for me and based on her experience I highly recommend it.

The best desk/Bedside table lamp ever
This product as well as being especially attractive give as bright a light as you could wish for. giving a choice from Bright white through five shades all the way through to a much less clinical and warm but less intense brightness. it also provides an additional 10 or so levels of intensity. it can be angled yo every conceivable position including fine tuning to keep the brightness perfectly and precisely away from the eyes so that all its power is concentrated on the papers or item you wish to see. believe it may also have an integral charging gizmo that may be Apple compatible but not to sure about this.

Works perfectly as a desklamp. Good options for adjusting different light 'temperatures' and brightness, and for angling light direction. I like the option to fold the light down when not in use, which keeps it quite minimal on the desktop. Solid & robust base. Not yet tried the wireless charging as I have not yet upgraded my phone, but looks like a useful additional function.

Tall bedside/ desk lamp packed with features
This isn't such a pretty lamp but it does a lot of things (-it actually looks better in real life than in the photos). It's also slightly taller than most, which was hard to find.The base can rotate, which I don't find that useful and perhaps it compromises the sturdiness as there is a bit of play in the joint, however some may like it. The lamp head can turn nearly 90 degrees to either side - mine's in a corner so I point it at the wall for a soft glow. The lamp head folds down to the stand and up to about 60 degrees from horizontal so has a useful range of positions.The lamp has 7 brightness levels - you have to swipe past 2 sensor buttons to get the next level, not just one, no idea why they did this. Baffling when you notice it. The lowest level is too bright for a nightlight in the normal out/up position, but the bulb folds down to the stand so as it's a cold bulb, you can leave it like that and it won't overheat, just turn it so the overspill is to the sides.You can choose from 5 colours of light, from noticeably blue to quite warm; the next-to-the-bluest one seems neutral.If you turn the lamp off with the base sensor it remembers the lamp's settings, but not if you turn it off at the wall.A bonus is the wireless charging - works with my S-whatever in its sturdy silicone cover. There's also a 1A USB port to charge from which I originally didn't think would be useful as I was thinking in terms of phones, tablets etc; however it's great for wireless earbuds.One minor niggle is that the lamp doesn't understand the long press for turning it off if your finger is covering the next sensor at all, although that sensor doesn't activate the next brightness level - again, baffling. You have to be quite awake to turn it off!I paid £35 for this which wasn't the cheapest but I needed the height. It's a decent price for the features, and I'd pay more for premium build quality.Update - had it 5 months now, don't know what I did without it!

Neat lamp, good variability, wireless charging works as advertised
I like the design of this and it provides good light coverage. We ended up buying two of them, this one had a slightly different design to the original and I preferred the original as I am occasionally switching brightness instead of switching it off. The wireless charging works as advertised and charges my phone with "fast wireless charging"

Effective. Elegant. Useful
My wife uses this light to highlight areas of her cakes when decorating them. The variable light brightness is very useful in this case. As a bonus, she is able to wirelessly charge her phone without tying up any additionally required plug outlets, where we don't have USB outlets, and of course there are no additional wires to trip over.
