This is extremely easy to get down. My first time trying it, for health reasons I've researched and decided to incorporate this into my health regimen. There were no lumps and I know there was a review or two that said this was Annona Squamosa and I reached out and was okay that what I'd received was annona muricata and I'm pleased to say it is showing annona muricata on the bag, so rest assured you're good. On the mixing I'll say 8.5/10 because I had some at the bottom of the cup I had to use a spoon and stir it with a little more water. Now, the seal just absolutely doesn't seal I had to put it in a plastic bag tightly closed until I get a container. I didn't take off a star because considering the seal is the only issue I truly have(The mixing I can deal as it mixed almost perfectly.) there wasn't any terrible taste or nothing that would rub me the wrong way. Would I buy again? Likely, yes as long as it's proving beneficial. I love the fact that it's a mood booster, has the eye health and mental well being etc. Whatever benefits I'm here for it and will definitely try to update the full experience. Particularly, the mood. For about a decade I've felt like, Daria(That cartoon girl.) When I used to be not bubbly but definitely not Daria,and I'm trying to put my Daria vibes away, lol.

not to my liking your version of the product must have the leaves in it. It taste the same but it's brown in color. the directions are incorrect 1/4 teaspoon. that must be for the tea leafs.. I bought the first one on E-Bay. I will go back to E-Bay to purchase another. the powder is cream color. I suspect that's the natural of the inside if the fruit when dried. cost is basically the same, plus free freight from E-Bay

Important Ingredient Note I noticed this product contains dextrin, a highly processed starch often used as a filler. Even though it doesn’t taste sweet, it has a very high glycemic index and can spike blood sugar faster than regular sugar. What’s concerning is that it isn’t always listed as “sugar” on nutrition labels, so it’s easy to miss...especially in products marketed as low-sugar or diet-friendly. Worth reading the ingredient list carefully if blood sugar or ingredient transparency matters to you. & it also causes cell damage.
