The best BCAA product I have ever bought. It is truly high quality and does exactly what it claims to do. It is meant to be taken during workouts, and I feel that it gives me a little extra push during intense workouts. I am a lot less sore after workouts when I use this product. It is tasty, I love the flavor and it is not too chalky or powdery. The best part for me is that there are no digestive effects. Most BCAAs affect my stomach, but this one does not! The process is fair for the quality of the product. I say it is definitely worth it.

This BCAA mixes well and tastes good without being too sweet. It helps keep me hydrated during workouts and supports recovery afterward. The container is sturdy and easy to store, and the powder dissolves smoothly with no clumps. Solid quality and works well for training days.

So, for a start, I bought this with the wrong idea. I saw "post workout recovery" and thought it was a post workout drink. Boy was I wrong. Looking for a slightly less expensive alternative to "Growth Surge" I found this. Not what it is. I discovered this when I started drinking it after a work out and didn't feel effects for a hot minute. That being said, I'm going to review this as what it's made to be, because me misunderstanding something is not their fault. The flavor isn't my favorite. I love their canned energy drinks, but I'd never had their powdered... Anything til now. They said you feel it, and oh my, that's true. I feel pumped. Like, less soreness somehow, and like I could go lift again. I believe it mixed very well. I tend to shake drinks a lot, and I didn't make an exception for this, but still. Not grainy. Remember, post workout doesn't mean that's when you drink it. As someone who's been lifting and taking these supplements for a hot minute now, I should've paid more attention and been aware. But... This stuff is great. I'm disappointed that I couldn't get an actual post workout drink, but at least I'm impressed with the quality of what I did purchase.

Great taste, really gets you sweating during your workouts. But I did notice a bloated feeling while using it? Maybe its just me.
