Chicco Spring Roller Musical Toy

I purchased this item for my 6 month old for Christmas to encourage his crawling after seeing a friends toy ball that rolled by itself. I wrongly assumed this toy would also roll by itself, but it doesn't. Music plays when the toy is rolled, but if it becomes stationary a certain way round it is as if the sensor thinks it is still rolling and the music doesn't stop playing without you switching it off with the switch. Which gets rather annoying. Our Son seems to enjoy playing with it occasionally though.

I got this toy for my 9 month old son before he could crawl. It's OK but I can't say that it held his attention for very long or that it is a toy he selects to play with much. It's well constructed and fairly easy to clean but as with most toys these days the music gets quite annoying. Luckily there is an off switch!

Overall, the activities are interesting but the music drives us mad, and it's not even childrens type of music playing

bought as a prezzie for 7 month old, he loves it! plenty of things going on when it's moved, sounds, lights etc.
