Very nice unit. Works well. It was delivered with the outer box removed, but we had to go through and remove all the other plastic coverings and tape and connect the water. Took about 30-45 mins, but not difficult.

I like it, but it will only display the current temp setting, not what the actual temp is. Also, its on sale at home depot for $1600 11/15/21.

NoNoNoIce maker regularly needs to thaw out. 12 hours with food removed and doors open once every 9-12 months.Wheels break so drawers don’t slide properly. Was going to replace but the drawers are crazy expensive.LEDs do not work so you can’t tell if water or ice will come out until you press it.Right door has two pieces so it no longer closes and seals. This happened last night and I can finally say- adios.Id like to blame the kids but we are empty nesters. I gave it one star because it did stay cold and was counter depth as advertised.

We ordered this refrigerator in November. No one else had it. We received it last week12/9/21. It was delivered by two very professional young men who brought it in and put it in the kitchen. They pointed out that there was 2 dents on the side and to contact the company for return. I contacted the company and heard back almost immediately. The customer service dept was very kind and accomodating. They took care of the problem right away and we are totally satified. We love the french door refrigerator. It's twice the size of our old one and the features are wonderful. I recommend this refrigerator and company to anyone looking for appliances.

Beautiful appliance. Sturdy, quick delivery, keeps food longer. Lighter weight and easy to move and clean behind. Tons of storage with great dimensions.

Have had this refrigerator for 9 months. In the upper refrigerator Both small pull out drawers are cracked and broken and the large pull out drawer on the left side, the metal sliding piece keeps coming apart allowing the drawer to slide out completely which is now so dangerous that I have to keep warning my family to not use the drawer. I still am storing food in the drawers. I now realize how flimsy the plastic is. We will have to order new drawers which I hope I can find. I bought this Frigidaire as I have been very pleased with their products for years. Don't buy this product unless you will not fill it with food or use it often. I will say it does function perfectly, however, it is only nine months of use.

Bought this in March of 2021 and as of June 2023 (warranty up in March) the thing is dead I paid almost 2000.00 and it is the control board from the inverted compressor. I knew to stay away from Samsung and LG but was blindsided by this. It will cost 700.00 to fix... so off I go looking for another fridge without and inverted compressor. buyer beware!
