100% worth the price. Had a failure last night (bed adhesion totally my fault) and came back to a huge mess. In any other situation I would have had to heat up the hot end to just to get it to unclog and remove the failure right? Not to mention having to check and see how much plastic is stuck up the sides of the extruder. Nothing sticks to diamonds baby. IT WILL NEVER CLOG!!!!! All I did was clean the bed and I was right back to printing. I am now planning on getting at least one more for my other printer.

So I am fairly new to 3d printing and using the stock brass nozzle has been hit or miss with a lot of redo’s, mess ups and wasted time. Until today. After putting this nozzle in I have not had one failure, and prints are looking amazing. I am sold on Diamondback PERIOD. Dear Ankermake, include their nozzle with each unit please. I almost took this printer back, but all it needed was this nozzle! 10 out of 10. 2 thumbs up. 5 stars.

Edit: changing my review from 1 star to 5 thanks to their customer service. Called them about a broken nozzle and got in touch with an employee who asked me to email him my Amazon purchase details and he had a new nozzle in the mail for me the same day! Don’t know what caused the break on the last one but I’m looking forward to getting back to printing! These nozzles really are great quality aside from the odd issue with the one I had!bought this in january and today i went to remove the nozzle to run an estep calibration on my ankermake m5 and found the nozzle to be stuck within the hotend, went to remove it with a socket wrench and it came just over 1/2 way out and locked up so instead of twisting it on the heatsink and possibly breaking that i removed the hotend entirely and left it plugged into the hotend to remove it while it was hot (200C) and as i was trying to unscrew it, the tip completely broke off so now not only do i have to replace a $95 nozzle i now have to replace a $35 all metal hotend! cant find any way to contact US Synthetics customer service through the parent company site (ChampionX) so hopefully this review will be seen by somebody who will replace these damaged items for me! ill gladly change my review score if i get some help with this issue!

This company is fantastic, have a question? Instant response.This nozzle is something else man lol. My retraction went from .3mm down to .1mm which let me drastically increase the retraction rate for much better prints.Everything about this nozzle is A tier. Finally can print PETG CF and iron everything I want without fear of it ever wearing down.Not only is it cool for exotic filaments but PLA and PET actually print better, it’s blowing my mind!
