They burn really well, start quickly
Decent product, but they are small and do not break along perforations easily. I purchased based on price per piece, but typically need 2-3 to get a decent fire started quickly. In hindsight they actually cost me double. Compared to others used in the past I think I would pass on this brand.

Disappointing
These were an across-the-board disappointment. They’re really small, and it’s amazing how much a fire starter resists catching fire - and breaking them apart is no fun either. I’ve made thousands of fires in my wood stove, and these were absolutely the worst starters I’ve ever used. They have one job, and they don’t even do that well. They’ll start eventually, and then they’ll burn okay, but they are clearly the worst starters I’ve ever used. I will never buy them again, nor recommend them to anyone. Did I just get a bad batch? (Rhetorical question.)

cheap but effective fire starter
I always use 2, in alternate corners for fastest start. 1 issue is that they don't break cleanly, but on the other hand, that sloppy break actually makes them easier to start afire

Works good but be careful
I was surprised to see how small the 124 cubes were (roughly 1”) but they catch FAST. DO NOT hold a cube and light it, as the whole cube catches at once and can force you drop it. Not good if you’re inside! Set it then light. We use wood from downed trees and it can tend to hold some moisture. These little cubes are making it so much easier to get fires going. In addition, my hands don’t smell like lighter fluid like similar products I’ve tried; they feel clean after using.I recommend, just don’t light while holding.

It doesn't break apart the way it should
It takes a flame and burns quick so be ready. Trying to break or snap off the 1" squares is not possible. Imagine a sheet of flamable particle board with little scored grooves cut into so its sectioned off in 1" x 1" rows and columns. When you start to snap off a row, those score marks dont do much because the bottom half of next row comes along for the ride anyway. It also burns so fast that unless you build a tinder bundle for your fireplace, it's not going to light your logs.I bought it because it's cheap. Plain and simple. I can get the fire started for sure. The amount of these I use to get that fire started though, is probably more than if I would have bought the bigger starters.

Very easy to use
This was awesome for summer nights, making some s’mores perfect burn time easy to start and made everything fun for the kids. I felt a little bit safer using these then I would have making a big campfire as a single mom. It’s awesome and easy
