We're really happy with our Amtifo wireless backup camera
In short: This provides a clear image in day and night; the battery lasts a long time; the magnet is very strong; for the price, the value is great! Over four months and 7,000 miles we've been impressed and happy with this camera and monitor. Keep in mind, it doesn't transmit sound or have IR light emitters in case you need those things.Long version: We bought a used 24' motorhome with a backup/rearview camera that was so-so in daylight, poor for backing up at night, and terrible and distracting while driving at night. We wanted a wireless connection to a decent camera with good battery power with some solar capability that would extend the battery charge. We got all that and more. The camera is much better than just decent with a clear image; the 5" monitor is big enough to see without taking up too much room or blocking the view through the windshield. The camera was on for 18 hours for the first two days of driving with it and it still had some charge left. And most of that driving was in cloudy/rainy weather and some at night so there wasn't a lot of solar charging to be had. We were boondocking the first two nights so we used our portable jump starter to charge the camera overnight and then recharged the jump starter while driving the next day while the camera was put back to work, so no down time for either device. We've driven and parked in rain, snow, sun, and wind with no problems in performance. Of course, it is a camera and will lose visibility when the lens gets too dirty or wet.Our MH has a fiberglass shell so I attached a galvanized steel tie plate to the rear with exterior double-sided foam tape. The camera held so securely that I had trouble removing it; I added several layers of duct tape to the camera base as a buffer between the magnets and the steel. The camera comes with a rubberized vinyl base to protect your vehicle's paint. The monitor *feels* cheap to me when changing the settings, and yet everything operates well and is easy to personalize. The camera has four blue lights on one side that show the charge level by the number of lights lit up. These lights flash when the camera is charging, which it does in almost any ambient sunlight, even if indirect, which means you can't see the charge level. I learned to place my hand over the solar panel to pause the charging so I could read the charge level. The first three photos show down our driveway to the houses across the street: first with just taillights, then brake lights, finally brake and reverse lights; some distortion from outdoor house lights, but you'd have no problem backing up. The fourth photo is while parked in town without backup or brake lights, only business lights and occasional street lights; you can see the stoplight about 400' (122m) away; there is some lens flare from the approaching car, but not too bad. The final photo shows how much the lens flare is reduced as the car is no longer directly behind the camera. Remember that all these were photographed by my cell phone... off a monitor... showing a live camera image... at night. And still the image looks really good.On our old rear view camera, the IR lights couldn't be turned off so they illuminated every speck of dust and drop of rain while driving so I couldn't see anything, but it projected white "static" so it reduced my night vision. This camera doesn't have IR lights so that's not a problem. If you need this camera for some application in darkness where you have no lights at all (smuggling drugs across the border?), this camera probably won't work for you. Ditto if you need sound transmission. This set-up is portable and can easily be moved from vehicle to vehicle or even used off a vehicle: put the camera on your metal garage door and plug the monitor into your laptop to keep an eye on the driveway or whatever you want to do within range of the monitor. To sum up, we've been really happy with this camera and monitor and recommend it highly.

Great system and trustworthy seller
What a great system at a great price!!!!Installed in minutes in my 32 foot motorhome used it to help hook up my TOAD then left on a 10 hour trip.It performed flawlessly and very stable. I use it mainly to monitor the safety of the towed suv, like no loose cables, wires or safety chains.Yesterday I used it to monitor the hitch hookup and loaded motorcycles for loose staps and movement. Again this system worked perfectly , What a great portable monitoring system. The installation documents were clear and concise, the price was right and the overnight delivery was typical of this seller. From previous purchases from this seller I can vouch for their support and trustworthiness and will continue to use them first when searching for items in their prodtuct line.Thanx AMTIFO!!!

AMTIFO Solar Wireless Backup Camera Magnetic: Portable Auto Voice Control On/Off Rechargeable
The media could not be loaded. Wow what a GAME CHANGER for people towing. This camera I bought is the second one from Amtifo and like the other camera very well built, high quality and great support. The first one I use as a backup camera on the back of my 5th wheel, this one I will use to help guide me for hitching of the 5th wheel and our boat. The camera is solar powered with a battery that fully charged will last 12 hours. The camera has a strong magnetic base that I can quickly install on my RV 5th wheel to help alinement with backing up. It is very convenient and eliminates the tedious operation of wiring. The image quality is excellent. With the camera module magnetically mounted on the back tailgate of my truck I can see to line my hitch up with my boat trailer on the first try. I can rotate the camera up and now I can see when I back into my garage and get my truck closer to the wall over the factory backup camera. The clarity of images in the display is excellent — again, both day and night. At night, the camera's built-in infrared illumination is superb. Moreover, I observed no transmission delays between the camera and the display. I also tried this camera out in my house and with the display in my office I can take the camera anywhere in and out of the house with no loss of transmission. My wife said when our grandchild comes over, she can set it up in the bedroom and use to watch crib now that it has a USB, we can set the monitor anywhere. The mounting magnet behind the camera is quite strong — as it needs to be when the camera is mounted for an extended time on a moving and potentially bumping vehicle — and yet it's padded enough with soft plastic to prevent any damage to a vehicle's paint. The product has multiple application modes, and I haven't tried all of them. However, one feature allows the user to optionally project colored guidelines onto the screen works great when attaching my 5th wheel travel trailer. The display is also voice activated so no buttons to push while driving to turn on and off.Out of concerns about too-easy theft of the magnetically mounted camera, I do not routinely keep it attached to the truck or camper being it's so easy to put on. I keep it when not in use in my truck storage area. The pictures I used a pool noodle to simulate my attachment of my 5th wheel hitch as I have that removed for winter months.Overall, system was very well packaged and was 2-day delivery for me. Their customer service is outstanding and fast replies, and it comes with a 2-year warranty, and at this price point it's a steel.

Nice product
We use this on our travel trailer and it works well. Much much more affordable the system recommended by the camper company. We had to drill a metal plate on the camper to get it to magnetize but overall is nice. Easy to install and pair.

Great quality video
We really love this magnetic backup camera. The video is amazing quality. The magnetic is super strong and definitely will not move or fall off. We bought it to be able to see the hitch and hook up the trailer. It was excellent and it was so great not having to get out to check where the hitch is. We also put it on the end of the trailer to perfectly see for backing up and parking. Excellent value and pretty easy to figure out. There’s a QR code in the booklet where you can watch a video to see all the functions. We are really excited to take it out on the next trip. Highly recommend.

Works well
It works great for the back of our trailer when towing. The only small complaint is it does lose signal intermittently, but only for a few seconds to a minute then comes back on. Having said that it is totally worth the money and we have recommended it to friends!

working well.
Worked perfectly out of the box with no fiddling. Instuctions are in english but do not explain all features. Fortunately the monitor's features is easy to figure out. The guide-line graphic is adjustable for length and width which is very useful. I'm getting a clear, sharp, image inside my pickup truck when the camera is mounted on the back of my aluminum-skinned 16ft cargo trailer even when the truck is parked 15 meters away around the corner of a building. The magnets hold the camera well to my trailer even though there is an aluminum skin over a steel frame. Though that did limit placement of the camera. The camera has a rubber flap covering the usb charging port. The manufacturer claims a waterproof rating which I have not tested. But I am inclined to remove the camera before a rainstorm hits. The camera is easy to remove even though the magnets hold it well. The solar panel does indeed charge the camera and the camera continues to operate after dark on battery. I have not tried night vision.
