I love the cover but wish hadn't bothered with the keyboard as it needs regular recharging and as yet haven't managed to pair it with my iPad and use it. I now use my iPad just for drawing/illustrations and can airdrop them to my MacBook Air which has proper keypad for the writing. So yes I would say buy just the case and don't bother paying extra for keyboard

I love this case. It’s perfect. It fits perfectly and is very functional, stands well at different angles and even has a pen holder integrated. Keyboard fits perfectly well too. And the design is beautiful. Very happy with it & can’t fault it. The delivery took a good bit longer than expected but I did get an email apology about the delay so I’m happy with communication too.
