So far it is best mini have ever used! I will update if it starts to suck or something goes wrong. Fast treatments, lots of power. Super portable and teeny tiny. Edit, I have had it a while now and still works fantastic! I have been away from home a month and took a back up neb with me and never needed it. Super convenient to just carry it in my jacket pocket. I dropped it a few times and still works great.

I have two nebulizers, one called "VIOS" which I got by prescription from Walgreen's for about $200, another from Amazon from a company called "Devilbiss" that cost about half that. The VIOS is a home machine that dispenses medicine effectively. However it is noisy as a jackhammer and only works on AC power. The Devilbiss is a little quieter but works on both AC and DC. The Devilbiss saved my life once when I had a coughing attack at work and it saved me a trip to the ER. So both are suitable and effective for the purposes they were designed for. But if I took either one to the office or a library or an airplane, I think they would attract so much attention they would either tell me to turn them off or send me home. So the louder machines are NOT suitable for places where quiet is required. The "Aerosoon", by comparison, is AMAZING. Not only does it dispense a nice cloud of medicine as effectively as the other two machines, it is 100% ABSOLUTELY QUIET. I used it yesterday at home for the first time after charging it for a few hours and it totally cleared up my stuck breathing passages and silenced my cough. The unit comes with an adult and child mask (but no strap so you have to hold it up to your face), a semi-straight pipe breather, and a USB cable (no charger), After using it, I rinsed the wet portions of the unit (the top clear sections where the medicine goes in and the vapors come out) with a little distilled water and let it air dry. The "wet" portions detach from the mechanical/electronic lower section and the the top part detaches easily. It comes with a really nice plastic carrying case about the size of a paperback book (a thick one, say "War and Peace"). Not sure how many uses it gets on a single charge but I charge it right after using it. Very highly recommended for anyone that needs or wants a backup nebulizer that won't get you kicked out of the library!

This nebulizer works as well as the larger plug-in model I have, and unlike the larger model, this one is portable, quiet and rechargeable. There are also less parts to clean. I've had this one for just over a week, but assuming it lasts for a while, this is a win-win. The only negative comment I have is that the instructions don't have any guidelines as to how frequently the device needs recharging. From a Q&A response, it appears that it will last for around 6 10-minute cycles. I use it twice a day, so that means every 2-3 days, which is fine, but seems like something the manufacturer should tell purchasers.PRODUCT UPDATE. I loved this nebulizer for the three+ weeks that it worked. Unfortunately, at 3-1/2 weeks, it stopped vaporizing saline, so I'm sadly returning it.

My dad said it is the best nebulizer it has ever had. It gets the job done in half the amount of time of regular one. It gives him the same freedom as an inhaler (it's not much bigger than one) with the effectiveness of a nebulizer. He loves it!!!! Very portable!!!! Rechargeable HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I've used this nebulizer probably 20-25x at this point and it's worked better for me than any I've had in the past. Being an owner of a previous, but much older mesh type nebulizer, I knew that you must clean them frequently or else the mesh gets clogged. I see alot of reviews here that say it stopped working after just a few uses, I suspect that's because they did not clean it each time. I just fill it with water and let it run for about 30 seconds to clean any medicine residue out after each use. I like to use distilled water when available so that there's no hard water deposits potentially blocking the mesh.As long as you perform that simple cleaning step, it works great. I probably used this 20x before I had to recharge, so the battery lasts for quite a few treatments, far more than I thought it would.Additionally, it delivers a full treatment for me in 6 or 7 minutes instead of over 20 minutes with my older, traditional type neb, this has been a huge benefit.I highly recommend this.

I bought this product for my son as we need an on the go neb. I read through the reviews and saw that a lot of other people had the problem that it stopped working after a month or so. I decided to take the risk and I shouldn’t have. He only used this 1-2x a wk when we were not around to use his big noisy machine. It has now stopped working 2 months after receiving it. My problem now is my window to return this item closed. So now I’m stuck with an expensive item that does not work, that I can’t return to get my money back. I’m one not happy mama!

Bought in April and didn't use more than twice until October, when I started traveling more. Used it 1-2 times daily for about a week and it's suddenly stopped working. I get a tiny, unusable stream of mist and nothing else. A shame, 'cause it worked well when it worked, but breaking after a handful of uses is unacceptable. I wish I would have actively used it when I bought it so I could get a refund.

Had to return this item..this lasted only three threatments..it started out misting a lot.. But then started leaking and making hissing sound.
