3 sides of my garage are built 3 feet underground. Seller didn’t disclose it floods. This stuff is great. It really helped with two of the leaking walls.

Had a few areas on a flat roof that appeared to be cracked and getting water leaks inside.Used a big paint brush to apply liberally to damaged areas.Washed stains from inside walls.Never another leak!This stuffs fantastic!Easy to apply, dries relatively fast too. Stays pliable.I will definately buy this again if this problem rises.I highly recommend!One gallon did a wide area too!

Had a small roof leak on a very shallow pitch shingle roof. I knew the general area where the hole had to be. Poured about half the can on the shingles, spread it out with a paint roller. Next time it rained, no leak!!!

I've used this before for a shower and it worked great, this time I used it for a flat exterior roof and not so much. I opened this the day it arrived to find the first 2 or so gallons were pretty much a solid block. I had to cut through it with a utility knife to get to actual usable product. Even then the product was so thick I couldn't apply it with any nap roller. I thinned it out using a cement mixer on a drill for over 5 minutes before it was a workable consistency. The application was then still incredibly thick, much more than the first time I used the product. I read that the product shouldn't be exposed to temperatures under 3w degrees, I'm wondering if it was during shipping and that's what caused it to solidify so much since there was a cold streak of weather the week before this was delivered. Either way I would wait until spring-fall to order just in case or just go with liquid rubber.

Waterproofing was receiver's almost a week late. Just in time for the next rain storm. Tried to beet the rain, cleaned and prepped my woodshed roof. Applied waterproofing with easy application. Around 30 hours later the rain storm came and washed about 90% of waterproofing off the roof. Didn't work for me.

I used this liquid rubber for waterproofing my bathtub walls, instead of Red Guard. I used a 4 in brush to apply the first coat.Then I had an idea. What if I use the second coat instead of the glue, to put on Ovation tub surround? It worked pretty well. Time will tell how good it is.
