I bought these cloth diapers after a lot of research. In the end you do have to choose one or two types and see if they work for you. These diapers fit my baby girl who was born at 8 lbs. The velcro make them nicely adjustable. Cloth diapers can be puffy/bigger feeling than disposable but that is normal and not an issue I had with these. The bamboo inserts are nicely absorbent and you can buy others such as microfiber which absorb a lot more if you need. They wash well with basic or baby detergent (I've used All, plain baking soda, Tide and Dreft). Overall great product, I'm very satisfied and would buy again.
