Dong Quai Angelica Sinensis

I bought Dong Quai to help balance my hormones. I have been taking it for a month now and I feel pretty good. No drastic changes other than I started my cycle early. I have always been a 28 day girl myself but if you are needing something to make you have regular periods then this might be it. I did notice that when I was on my period there was no PMS with it, So if you struggle with bad PMS this might help you as well.

I have PCOS, and I have extremely irregular cycles - I will go seven months without menstruating. I started taking these pills - 4 per day - and drinking raspberry leaf tea after a few friends suggested both. Within 5 weeks, I became regular. I stopped taking the pills and drinking the tea, and immediately became irregular again. I started up 6 months later (with no period in between), and once again regulated within 5 weeks. I hate birth control pills and didn't want to take any synthetic drugs, so this is awesome.
