Huge Improvement for Gaming.
Bought Atomdot Subzero C14 for my Poco F1 to fix throttling. Before: 34.0% total throttling, 18.0% drop in 1st minute. Phone struggled. After: Only 14.0% throttling, just 7.0% drop in 1st minute! Performance is now much more stable and higher. This paste works. Highly recommend for better sustained performance!

Absolutely great performance at an incrediblly reasonable price, my new favourite ๐๐๐
After applying the C14 Thermal Paste to the CPU and GPU of my Dell Precision 9550 and replacing the existing thermal pads with their Hyperchill HC150 Thermal Pad on components like the SSD and other chips, I noticed an immediate and substantial improvement in my temps. Before repasting, my temps were around 90 degrees C. The C14 Thermal Paste proved to be highly effective in dissipating heat from the CPU and GPU, resulting in a significant reduction in temperature. During regular usage, the laptop now operates at a much more reasonable temperature of less than 65 degrees Celsius. This has not only eliminated the thermal throttling issues but also enhanced the overall performance and reliability of my laptop.

Average Thermal Paste
Just an average thermal paste, works better than originally pre-applied thermal paste, temperatures went from 92ยฐC earlier to 85ยฐsome times reaching 90ยฐC after application. Also very thick paste and not easy to apply. I used kryonaut from thermal grizzly and believe me it work wonders. My laptop temps were between 70ยฐC and Maximum 80ยฐC while playing games and never crossed 82ยฐC. I had to deep clean my laptop dust clogged fans that's why ordered this paste, I think i have to repaste with Kryonaut again.

Extremely Disappointed โ Do NOT Buy for Laptops
I installed Atomdots C14 on my laptop CPU and GPU on 27th May, and by 2nd August, it completely failed. In just over two months, my laptop was overheating worse than before. When I opened it up, the thermal paste had dried out like it was 2 years old. It became crusty and useless โ completely failed in thermal performance. I had picked this based on specs like โ14 W/mKโ, but real-world performance tells a different story. This is NOT suitable for laptops. It might work in desktops with better airflow, but for compact systems like laptops where thermal compound quality really matters โ this is a poor choice. If youโre serious about cooling and want reliability, go with Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut or Arctic MX-6. These are tested and proven. Donโt waste your time and risk your laptop's health with cheap alternatives like Atomdots. Verdict: Avoid at all costs โ not worth the risk.

Thermal performance
I've used noctua's NTH1 for my laptop, the issue with it was after like a month or so the paste just seeps out of the die and leads to my laptop fans spinning all the way even under minimal load, I think because of the thinner consistency its happening, besides that regarding thermal performance comparing to the noctua paste (after waiting overnight) CPU max package was 89โฐC and GPU 82โฐC under synthetic load (Furmark GPU and CPU burner). Whereas after using C14 (and yeah after waiting overnight) the max CPU temp reached was 81โฐC and GPU 70โฐC. So direct thermal performance this looks better. But will have to do a long term using to rule out the seeping out thing. Laptop specs dell latitude 5580 Intel core i5 6440HQ (with -150mV offset) and 940MX GPU(max frequency 997MHz). I know these aren't gaming laptop specs but I do play some light games. So yeah this paste kinda worked for me.

Performance
Reviewing this after useing almost 8 or 9 months and I want to say that it a beast untill 4 months after four months u have to change it in starting four months it works great like a beast but after four months it will a normal so if are looking for best to best thermal paste u should definitely check it out this one but remind it , u have to change in half year ( 6 months ) after 9 months u will face like a normal and centre of beginning that power of thermal paste , hope so u understand? My straight opinion is if u are rich u should check it out if u are in budget then only but u should have to money to replace the thermal paste so keep it up

Mindblowing!
I put my Intel Core i7 12700KF through a stress test with 100% usage for about 5 mins and it didn't even go above 55* C! The application was straightforward and easy to do with the help of the provided spatula.
