This is the second Fortinet router I have purchased. The first one I purchased in January of 2021, it stopped working in June of 2021. I had to purchase a second unit before checking on the warranty of the first unit. When I called Fortinet, I was informed that they do not warranty products unless they are purchased from a authorized Fortinet reseller. Apparently Amazon and the affiliates selling products from the Amazon Fortinet Store are not Authorized.After a discussion with Fortinet Support via chat, I was able to workout a RMA with them. While they are reluctant to replace my unit, they finally did.

Easy enough to install and quickly put into use in default mode with just a few changes. For most home users and small business customers, this will be enough. At the same time, the product offers a friendly interactive interface with a wide range of configuration options that allow fine-tuning that will satisfy many advanced users.The only downside I would mention is the slightly smaller WiFi coverage. However, a small extender / access point solves this problem.Overall, the product performs very well.
