Poor quality and flimsy
I will start by saying I am going to keep it because it will suit my need. However, it is cheaply built and of low quality. The top was damaged and must have left the factory that way because there was no damage to the package. The locking clips are flimsy and will not last long. I put it together and it is a great idea, just poorly executed. Given the low quality and cheap materials I think the price is quite high. If this had been $40 I would fee I got what I paid for but at over $80 it is not a fair value. We have now used this for over three months while camping in Florida. It is flimsy and has rusted rather quickly. As a charcoal grill it is useless because the airflow is not adequate. I have added extra holes but still not enough airflow. I will likely just give up and buy a different unit when we come down next year.

Happy camper
This is very will built and is easy to put together. It is a little bit smaller then we wanted so we will get one more. The wood that we bought from the store fix very will. This puts out a lot of heat. Taking it down and putting it back takes very little storage room. Love it! If you are looking for a large fire place this is not it. As a BBQ this is great for a family of two with kids. A dinner for two will fix very will. I recommend this for the people on the go. This fits in a car and Rv.

Cool Dude
Use 99% as fire pit on my deck. Bought a cheap mat about the size of a sheet of plywood to protect the deck from sparks etc., and the combo is super cool. I tried the lid with a good size fire, but handle gets too hot quickly - I don't mind because I got it to have an open fire. BBQ Ribeyes & they came out great too. I cut store bought fire logs in half and they burn for over 2 hours & I throw in junk wood i scrounge from the woods. I wish my wife would let me buy a couple more, and I would have two fires and one grill going.

Although it came beat up...
Although it came beat up and dented in a couple of places, my husband was able to straighten it out. We re-painted it with high heat paint (cheaper then sending it back) and took it with us camping. It works really great since so many campgrounds have removed the firepits. The fact that it folds up small is a plus as the storage in our Avalon is minimal at best.

Easy to put together
Easy to put together. I like the grill you can use to cook on. I actually put it on top of the sides and cover the sides with heavy foil, and convert it to a quick mini-smoker for chicken. It makes due. Pretty versatile.

This is a great product. It looked a little flimsy when I received it but we have built some big fires in this thing. My first one lasted 10 years until the leg rusted out. I have ordered another and have been using it for the pas few years. I have all my friends buying this product. We also use a bigger grill than it came with to cook on the top of it. Highly recommend this product.

Does not last long
Bought one 11 monthd ago, we used it 3 times in 11 months, this week while using it, the piece where the leg inserts came off, a lot to pay for less than a year of use. We only ever used it while camping and kept it closed up and in a dry stoarage area of our camper when not in use. Very disappointed. Would not pay to replace but this should have lasted longer.

Great firepit
We love this fire pit! I received 3 damaged ones in the mail first though. The packaging is dumb. But it's a great addition to our camper and can use at Ft Wilderness. Easy to put together and closes up compact. So far, so good!
