I bought these to take to Iceland and they exceeded my expectations. The boots kept my feet dry in the snow and even in really slushy conditions. The grips on the bottom made such a difference - I could walk everywhere without fear of slipping - whilst everyone around me was. They were toasty warm too. They aren't a replacement for sturdy walking boots if you want to go cross country - but are perfect for walking around towns, roads and trails. Fit is a little on the big side - perfect if you want to wear thick socks.

I bought these as I had a hip replacement last year and didn’t want to slip in the snow or on ice.I love the fact the studs pop over and give a really good grip.I’ve tried them in the snow and you can feel the studs gripping. Even without using the grips the soles are great for wet conditions with the design.You just have to remember to carry the tool to flip the studs back over when coming into the house so floors don’t get damaged.

I've tested these boots in the cold and wind of Patagonia for light walks on untrailed terrain. They kept me warm at 0-5C and I was dry under quite a bit of rain. The sole grip doesn't replace that of hiking boots but it's reasonable for not too steep untrailed terrain. I wouldn't trust them on rock hiking because they lack ankle support and the grip of hiking soles.

These boots are sturdy, comfortable, stylish and seem beautifully made. I ordered my usual shoe size and there is enough room to put on thick socks with them. There is also a handy tool included for unclipping the spikes that has a hole to attach to the laces or a key ring.

I bought these boots at last minute to wear on holiday in Iceland. They are brilliant! I couldn’t have found anything better. I can’t praise these highly enough. I’ve walked on solid snow, soft snow and a frozen lake with them. They’re a wonderful fit, warm without being hot, snowproof and worth every penny! Amazing!

Bought these for my daughter for Christmas and she loves them. Well packaged and delivered quickly (in spite of all of the Christmas post). They are warm and well made and easy to clean and most importantly non-slip.They are my daughter's "dog walking in all weather" boots and work very well.

These arrived very quickly less than 5 days from order to delivery. I’ve used them in the snow today. Feet are warm and dry. The ice grips definitely came in useful. They were easy to use and then clip away. I thought they were a bit expensive at first. You defiantly get what you pay for. Great boots and would recommend them to everyone. If you unsure on your feet with snow and ice. These are the boots for you.

Great winter boots, I think they are a little expensive for what they are. But they are gorgeous boots. I’ve attacked the souls with a cheese grater as they are quite slippy under foot when on wet ground. Problem solved. I’ll be sad when the warmer weather returns as I could wear these all year round.
