Whitened my dingy white bras, which is what I needed it for. Just don't add a kitchen towel with red stripes in it. Left pink on everything. Washed all again with Tide pod and 2 Color Catchers, and the discoloration vanished. Lesson learned, nothing but WHITES in normal wash. I also got it to use for Reverse Dying, where it will pull the color out of items.

It does whiten. But I have some articles that have been dingy for awhile. Will take a few soaks to get them really white. I will buy it again.

The smell will turn you off this product, but don't let it. It smells counter-intuitive to clean laundry. But it works, it whitens, and it does NOT leave your clothes smelling like this product. It just cleans and whitens like a BEAST!

The description says that it works on whites and colorfast fabrics but it removed color along with the stain. My branded expensive clothes have lost color and is now patchy 😞
