Size down!
These were for my son, they are very good now that we’ve got the right size. He’s a size 4 but we had to buy the size 1-2 to find one that’s fitted in his shoe

Helped the plantar fascia
Was impressed with the insoles as someone recommended them to me for my plantar fascia and out them in my slippers and after a short while it has really helped my heels , I had to cut them a bit to size but was ok , they are quite firm but guess they have to be , but would definitely recommend them

I am struggling to get them to fit in my shoes so they fit properly into my arches, but that is probably down to me. I need to cut more off the sides to shape them.
