The media could not be loaded. I had abdominal surgery 2 months ago and wanted something that would help target my core and add cardio. This hula ring will do just that.Note: There is a learning curve. You will not get it the first try unless you're already a hula hooper. Don't get discouraged. You can do this!This seems well built and each piece locks in. I don't expect there to be any surprise disconnects or launching sand bags like you hear about with other products. I was also concerned about pinching skin but this will not be an issue either. The inside of the hoop has rounded comfortable bumps to eliminate the risk. I was happy to pay the few extra bucks for this feature. While it is not completely silent, it is not loud either. You can hear it going around but it's not an obnoxious sound. You can watch TV or listen to music easily while using it and not disturb neighboring rooms. Don't use it while on zoom calls and you'll be fine.They have included a velcro waist band protector. I imagine it will help to keep the sand bag from catching on clothing. I just wish the trim wasn't safety orange. They have also included directions, though I didn't need them at all, and a cooling towel (to wet and put around your neck when you become a pro).Not-so-pro Tips:1. Don't wear bulky clothing and use the included waist band. I initially tried it with my fluffy robe without the band and it was not the best choice. If you wear the included waistband on top of a t-shirt or tank, it will work perfectly. The hoop itself should be snug against your waist.2. The red button is the point where it counts your revolutions. Keep it in front.3. You can adjust how long the lead is to the sand weight. Longer is easier and shorter is harder from what I can tell.3. If it's too heavy, empty the sand into a baggie so you can use it later and try filling it with water. (I have not tried this yet so I'm not sure if it will leak but from the looks of the stopper, it shouldn't.)4. If you have long hair like I do, put it up!5. Lastly, if you're older like I am, go pee BEFORE using this product. 😂

I ordered purple and they sent me green. And it's kinda hard to push the buttons down but I also have Rheumatoid arthritis so maybe it's just harder for me but other than that, this is fun and useful. It does work. I usually do it while watching TV so it makes time go by quick.

Easy assembly, not very loud in noise, very durability, it's light weight but don't wear a loose shirt or it tangles in the track of the hoop. Kind of hard to keep it leveled out if your like me and has a high bottom. So I have to wear the hoop high up in order to keep it level. Function is great and really wears you out. I suggest you work up to the 30 mins a day. My first day was 10 mins and was winded. Lol. Great product and comes with weight belt, links, weighted ball, counter, and sweat towel. Fun exercise and I enjoy it.

It wouldn't spin bc the link connections are really bad & the wheels on the spinner are just as bad. At first I thought it was me, but I bought the on brand product after getting my refund from buying this junk, & I can hoop just fine with the on brand 1. This thing sucks! Save your money & time & don't buy this junk

This hoop is harder to keep spinning for some reason. I have another hoop I was using for a long time. Loved it. This was supposed to be my upgrade but I’m starting to dislike it altogether. It is much quieter than my other hoop.I dislike the process of putting on and taking off this hoop compared to my previous experience as well. You have to push the button to open the hoop each time. This is the same process for removing links but their is only so far the pieces can separate to put the around your body or taking it off.The counter seems to work but I couldn’t be honest about if it’s accurate.

I just recieved my hula hoop this morning. I am a size 20, 5’9” 274lbs. This fit perfectly, if I was any larger it wouldn’t fit. It look me multiple tries to get it started. I haven’t used a weighted hula hoop for 11yrs. After about 5 min of 2 times around I was able to keep it going ~20 rotations over and over again for 10min. I had to stop because I was doing it with a thick sweatshirt on. I was so excited to try it out I didn’t change. It is not very noisy. My daughter was able to watch cartoons at the normal level while I hooped. I don’t have anything to compare it to because my other weighted hoop doesn’t have an actual attached weight. I thought the rotation was pretty smooth as long as it was in proper motion. I am not sure if the pedometer is accurate or not. For just opening and trying it out I give it 5 stars. Happy Hooping!!
