They are ok for short walks, not good for longer treks as they are not stiff enough around the ankles.Would not recommend them for anything but street walking or grass parks. They look good and are quite comfy, you get what you pay for. If you want a pair of boots for backpacking hill walking etc I would recommend Scarpa or Salomon better soles stiffer etc.Been a Mountaineer, hill walker for a long time, ex sqaddie, your feet matter above all so pay more it's worth it. I would not recommend these boots after what I consider worthwhile.

True to size with a thickish sock which you’re likely to wear with a boot like this probably bought for walking distances in. Bought for dog walking in weather when heavy duty boots or wellies are not needed. Comfortable from first use, and very easy to put on and take off with combination of (sturdy) zip and laces. Sprayed with water repellent before use and feet still dry, although not used in heavy rain or mud, and don’t really plan to.Not a huge amount of ankle support - more trainer like - which means comfortable but may not be ideal for rough ground if you’ve got dodgy ankles.

review in two parts!1- the boots, comfortable and a nice fit, very easy to take off due to the side zip, great for airsoft and nice to use as walking boots, but since not waterproof just avoid bogs n streams.the stitching finish could be better (take a close look at the picture) and the finish is just like that around the upper tounge and the upper edges.2- the seller. since wasnt in a rush for the boots i was more than happy to wait the full 20 days for delivery, didnt turn up. contacted seller and recived a reply in just 5.5hrs (the reply coming in at 1230am) have to say great service from the seller he "resent" my order and i recived them in 5days so a total wait of 25 days for the boots.would i use this seller again????? yes but only if i was not in a rush for the item.so nice boots, great service from seller but very very long wait for the boots

I gave them two months to live and have been using them daily for 4 months for almost. Comfortable, they don't sweat much, actually it's a matter of socks more, at work for 10 - 12 hours and there is no sensation, discomfort or other big negatives. laces, fell down pretty quickly, like laces, but otherwise I recommend it.

I spent a couple of months debating the need for these boots. Wasted time; good fit, light yet supportive for the ankle. The side zip opening works well, not like some boots, and allows the boot to be laced up tightly and, when zip undone, you can take the boot off. Needs to be waterproofed to be 100%, but is shower proof and dries quickly.

Nice fitting boots and they are really comfortable, the side zips makes putting them on and taking them off easy, once adjusted they keep adjusted, no more fiddling with laces each time you wear them, although the laces are there for fine tuning!Not sure about water resistance as I have not worn them in the wet yet.

Only had them a couple of days but sole is good, lightweight, not hiking boots but really comfortable, good quick delivery. Look to be decent quality.
