Ease of set up: A+. So easy to set up, just download the app, take a picture of the bar code and install. Picture quality: A+. 720p is SO much better than the 480p Foscam I was using previously. Night vision is so clear, as well. Price, obviously A+. The only reasons I did not give this 5 stars is that 1) charging cable is a micro USB (yes, what you use for your cell phone) which means it is limited on the length of cord you can use, and 2) the app does not have a widget where you can watch from your cell phones homepage. Instead, you have to open the app every single time.

I loved how the camera worked and I was able to use it. However, within two weeks we had to redo our WiFi due to a password change. The camera wouldn’t take it and when I tried to reset it, with barely any pressure, the reset button broke and now it will not connect anymore. Cheap quality product, however great concept. Now we start the return process, ugh.Update: we returned the first one and ended up getting two to replace it since there was a deal going on. Have not had further issues! Sometimes the sound is wonky from the app, but otherwise it serves its purpose! I am able to spy on our napping dogs, and in a few short weeks, our napping daughter 😊

This camera SPIES on you. I come home to find it pointed towards our seating area even though I left it set to monitor a door. I have passwords on the camera and my network. Tested it several times, and used different apps to control it. But it ends up focused on our seating area. It must have a backdoor from the manufacturer. Do not buy this, or anything from this manufacturer, if you expect privacy.

Awful product and even worse instructions. No information for troubleshooting. Won’t connect. Don’t buy!

Connected to my network on the first try. The picture is pretty decent both in color and with night vision. I bought this to keep an eye on my dog who was on kennel rest because she hurt her back. The peace of mind was priceless! I was able to see her really good except when the daylight coming in the room confused the camera but, I’m not sure if that is the same with other cameras. This is the only one I’ve ever bought. I was skeptical because it wasn’t expensive so my expectations were a little low. I was thrilled and relieved to see that it was perfect for what I needed. I don’t use it for anything more than watching my dog so, keep in mind, I don’t know how well it would work to watch a big room. I feel like it would do ok. I can talk to her through my phone - confuses her really so I don’t do it much. Listening to what’s going on from the camera is a little tricky. Seems like it only works sometimes. That could be an operator error tho. I don’t really need that so I don’t play with it to figure it out. The ability to scan the room, controlling it with my phone is nice. I don’t use that right now but it will def be handy when she’s “out of jail”. That function works great btw.I am 100% pleased with what it does considering what I paid for it. It literally kept me sane while I was at work worrying about my dog.Only con - motion detector is super sensitive so I don’t use that. I was getting alerts constantly.

Having problems connecting and staying connected to WiFi and cannot find and app for this camera we contacted the company and they told us what we already knew - we finally connected by changing the WiFi network and the camera was great until recently now it keeps turning and turning and we cannot connect again and when we do connect it has a static picture and disconnects right away.. still trying to trouble shoot the issues

I tried to connect this thing for HOURS! It would not pick up my wifi and the instructions weren't good. I emailed the company 2x's and tried to get a replacement or refund. I am still waiting for a response.

Try to activate the camera, IT DOES NOT work!, look for info about trouble shooting, I could not find any. Waste of money. “Cheap can be expensive”
