Outstanding. This company has a product REALLY worth shouting about. They removed the harmful anthraquinones, which can cause diarrhea.I have been tortured by IBS since taking antibiotics which wiped out the intestinal good flora and chronic diarrhea and pain that is so severe I cannot eat often. So when I took ONE capsule to try it, the grinding pain and cramps, bloody diarrhea and leaky gut STOPPED. I couldn't believe it for I have been using another product called Digestacure which did not work and costs $159. for a bottle of it.I have continued on with this Aloe Vera for 3 days now and I have ZERO symptoms. ZERO. Nada. No Symptoms.To say I am over the moon grateful is an epic understatement. Thank you for producing a product actually worth investing in. It works.Plain and Simple.

Thought I'd add to the chorus here, as I'm usually skeptical of herbal supplements as a cure all. But this works. My IC pain is 95% gone after only 3 weeks of taking these pills (4 a day.) I have completely stopped taking the pills now and am only experiencing momentary twinges of pain. Before taking them I had been in so much pain that I could barely sleep or concentrate on anything. I worried that I faced a lifetime of chronic pain and being chained to the bathroom. My doctor had these pills on a list of recommendations as well as foods to avoid, Rx drugs like Elmiron and Lexapro. I started here and couldn't be happier. I was taking nothing else at the time but these pills and I did not change my diet, so I know for a fact that for me, this is what sent me into IC remission. I keep them on hand in case I get a flare up (which hasn't happened yet) but I do take them from time to time if I feel a little discomfort. Give them a try and I hope they work for you, too! No one should have to suffer IC, it's nearly unbearable!

I've suffered with IC for 5 years. I've done every treatment, even took Elmiron for 3 years (on & off, with breaks from pregnancy and breastfeeding). I was getting to the end of my rope with the last few weeks. I've done colonics, acupuncture, instillations, and taken all the meds thrown my way. My doctor told me a year ago that there was nothing more he could do for me, except DMSO. I'd never heard anything good about DMSO. I tried all the suggested teas, Cystoprotek, going gluten free, dairy free & organic. Again, I felt hopeless. I booked an appointment at a teaching hospital near me to just request having it removed.I didn't think about trying Desert Harvet Aloe because that was something I tried years ago (before the super strength was available). So I decided what the hell, I'll try the stronger version. I was in the worst flare of my life. I couldn't even sleep even after taking ambien. Well by the following morning I'd felt as if the swelling had gone down. I've taken it for the last 2 weeks and I've been able to function. I'm still always tired but I'd take that any day over the relentless pain.One large bottle is $70. I did receive a coupon where I could get 4 bottles for $200.IC is an expensive disease. Alternative therapies are so pricey, meds (Elmiron) are $750 without insurance. My insurance company no longer covers instillations.I just can't believe I was ready to remove my bladder and this simple natural remedy has now helped me. I hope it can do the same for you. My very first Amazon review because I feel so strongly about the value of this product. Was diagnosed recently with interstitial cystitis. Went and saw the well-know urologist in towns who treats all the IC patients. He wanted me to do a series of 9 bladder instillations and put me on three medications! Instead, I called the local support group leader who recommended I start with the Desert Harvest aloe. I also bought Cysto-Renew which I saw recommended by other sufferers. I took 2 per day of each (less than recommended on the bottles!) and in 10 days I was symptom-free!It is now one month later and still no symptoms. It was working so well that I decided to stop since I wondered if I really needed them. Two days later my problems returned. What a GREAT solution for IC sufferers. I've tried many supps for lots of things over the years, but never has anything worked as completely and dramatically as this combo.

Helped with my interstitial cystitis pain. It also helped make my hair, nails, and skin radiant. My hair doesn't grow really fast at all. I get maybe 1/2 inch a month, MAYBE. When I took this my hair grew like weeds. I was getting an inch or more of hair growth. It also helped with the look of it too. It really helped with my IC pain. I actually could go through my daily life and be able to get through it. Now this isn't a magic pill, but it does help with IC.

I bought this product for my Interstitial Cystitis. This product did not help the pain or burning at all. I have read that it does help a lot of people but for whatever reason it didn't work on me. I used the recommended dose but felt no difference. For the price I was very disappointed. I was desperate and willing to pay anything for some type of relief. I found a great pill by another company that I actually got relief from. I tried this product for over a month maybe it takes longer I'm not sure and I wasn't willing to find out.

I have Interstitial cystitis and bought this in hopes it would give me little relief, especially for the insane cost. For me not worth it. Didn't notice any improvements in my pain or frequency which were my main two issues. I have read in my support group that it's helped others so it's at least worth a shot. Definitely start one thing at a time so you know what does and doesn't work for you.

I feel better within 12 hours of taking this product for the first time. It was wonderful! However, despite claims to the contrary it can still have a laxative effect. I would recommend going easy on the dosage until you find that perfect balance for you.
