Excellent lunchbox
I have one of these myself and one for my little one. They look fantastic and are practical too - does the job intended.I am particularly impressed at how they keep contents cool - I have used them on long car journeys (>10 hours) with medication and an ice block and the ice block didn't melt! It doesn't get soggy with condensation either.The handle on one did rip, but I think this was because it was pulled with force - at this price, it is affordable to replace anyway. The ripped one is still useful anyway!I'm certainly going to look at other designs for gifts as they're suitable for boys and girls of all ages (even adults)!

It is really sized for a child, or if your on a diet... love the design, just have to cut down on my portion size

Good but not great - Customer service shocking.
The zips really struggle to close and they don’t meet properly and let in and out the cold or heat.Alright value for what it is though.Both zips broke off within 5 months.(See photo, no zips anymore)I contacted the seller 4 times and they only responded to my first email. They asked me to send a photo of the faulty item and didn't provide me with an email address to send it to as I was on a mobile phone and didn't have the option to attach a file.I then asked a further 3 times within the space of a month before getting fed up and contacting Amazon customer services who got involved.
