As a shampoo it is fine even though it does not last long. I got it to darken my hair naturally and used it for 4 months and it did nothing. I would leave it in for 5 minutes lathered up and not rinse until the end of my shower and it did not work at all.

I don’t know why all the negative reviews. I don’t work for this company or anything. My hair is brown to light brown. Have white on the sides of my head. 51 years old. It has brought the color back without a doubt in just two weeks. It is amazing. And not fake at all. Really worked.

Used this as instructed and it didn’t do anything. I mean, sure technically it cleans your hair, but as far as removing (covering, restoring, hiding etc etc) the grey it’s useless. Don’t waste your money on what is essentially a very expensive bar of hand soap.

This soap didn’t work. I have washed my hair everyday since receiving the bar. No color change.

I have been waiting to write a review because I wanted to see how this works over time. I initially purchased this product through the company website site. It is much cheaper on Amazon. Just a heads up. I have used a total of four bars since October 2024, and it is mid July 2025. I had quite a bit of grey hair, especially on the top of my head. The back of my hair was still a bit darker. I didn’t expect miracles but I was curious to see if I could dampen the grey hair a bit, perhaps even keep a more salt and pepper look over full grey. As of this writing, I believe I do have more of a salt and pepper look. My grey did not completely go away but what this shampoo did for me was lessen the brightness of the whites. It did not work as promised, bringing my full hair color back (dark brown), which is why I give it three stars, but as a shampoo, it is a good product with natural ingredients. I will be 60 in a few years and feel like I should just embrace the grey, but NOT yet! LOL I hope this review helps those who are considering this product.

Don't waste your money on this product - especially not here on Amazon. Appears I got a batch that crumbles. Attempted to file a claim with Mane and they said because I bought from Amazon, need to go through Amazon. Unfortunately, bought these in December and discovered problem outside of return window with Amazon. They offered to refund if I return it - which I appreciate - but honestly, why waste your time? And the one I that I'm adding a photo of pretty much ended up in the sink and/or vacuum, so can't return that one.
