Hope it works OK.
Material is strong like a car seat belt but I had to bodge holes in it to screw onto wheelchair which may possibly weaken the material. I bought it as it's compatible with the Drive Devilbiss lightweight folding wheelchair that I already own for use by my elderly aunt. Whilst it seemed it was going to be easy to fit, it was actually very awkward. Maybe that's just me being not very good at DIY. The buckle is plastic so I hope the clasp is strong enough. I just hope it does the trick.

Belt is made from strong material and secures with ease, it is quite long so it's fits around wheelchair and occupant.
