Not silent
I’m not sure whether these are actually repelling rodents yet, however, they are not silent. They emit a low beep every 20 seconds. My dog is not afraid of them, but she is not a fan. Unless I see zero evidence of rodents in the next few weeks I would not recommend them.

They function but do they work
These function, meaning they turn on buzz and vibrate. I have had these for two months and they continue to function well through rain and watering. I “think” they may actually work as I have not seen any Mole or Gopher activity since installing them in my yard. I would buy again if needed.

Gophers left immediately. Product worked.

Attracting and not repelling
This is the product that says otherwise. It is not effective and just a waste of money. After putting this it attracted the gophers more. This is a false advertisement of the product
