Is what it says it is
Its a black cleat (belay).O.k. if fixing to wood but the fixing holes are very close together and a problem if drilling into plaster/brick as I was, the drilled holes breaking through into one and having to be filled and re-drilled at a slight angle away from each other, causing the screws to protrude slightly from the countersinks. But otherwise it's neat and well-finished and is what it is.

Paint peeled off
Black paint peeled off around the screw hole when I fitted. Small and cheap.

Lovely!!
These look fabulous in our summer room fastening the roman blinds. Very well finished and a lovely deep black. Comes with fixings too. Highly recommend.
