First impressions were very positive with the build quality being exceptional and what you would expect from the brand. The tap assembly is very heavy -reassuringly so and goes along way towards the premium feel and experience. The main body finish feels silky smooth and has a very modern look toIt. The valves are super smooth in operation and again makes for a premium product experience and one that gives you a justified feeling for spending so much! The only letdown I found was the shower head and hose that is supplied. The hose is plastic and smooth where as I would have expected the hose to be metal type. The shower head is very lightweight and doesn’t have the same feel as the tap body. Shame as it really looks the business
