I thought I will through the robo vacuum which currently worth 300AED and this battery is 90AED, i wouldn't have paid more for it. so acceptable. installed in my robot and for the last three days it is working fine no issues.

Life saver

My original battery was almost 3 years old, and was down to 20 minutes or less of runtime. This battery dropped in (clean all your contacts first - good electrical hygiene) and immediately started charging on the dock. I let it charge over night, and then ran the device and am pleased to report about 90 minutes of runtime. My device works like new again, for a very small investment.

So far so good. I ordered this battery a week ago because my old battery was about five years old and was the original. I don’t know why it didn’t dawn on me to look to see if I could purchase a replacement battery. I almost threw this unit away! Glad I didn’t. Install took less than a minute and put it on the charger and it works like a charm. Product arrived fast and was the most inexpensive option. Not sure how long this battery will last, but even if I get another year out of it, I’d be satisfied! Yeah, kit also came with a new bar and the little sweeping broom things. Made a five year old unit into a brand new machine.

I typically wait awhile until reviewing a product here so please know that I will update this review if anything changes my opinion. I purchased this battery as a replacement for the original battery in my Eufy 11s robot vacuum. After 2 1/2 years with my Eufy it stopped working. It was giving a red light and making beeping noises when it was on its charging dock. The Eufy Owners Manual trouble shooting guide was not helpful and I thought my poor Eufy was done for. Fortunately I did some research and decided to try replacing the battery before relegating it to the waste disposal. I ordered this battery and it was a perfect fit and replacement for the original. It took only a few minutes to install. I then put the Eufy onto its charging dock and waited until it was fully charged. The Eufy went to work and vacuumed my floors for an hour and 10 minutes! Previously it only worked for 45 minutes before needing to recharge. I was very pleased! Back on its dock the Eufy took about 3 1/2 hours to get to full charge. This battery has a larger capacity than the original Eufy so I think that’s why it ran longer and perhaps took a slightly longer amount of time to charge. After first use I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this battery.

Installed easily, fixed my red light alarm immediately

My robot vacuum has been very helpful and when the battery died after about a couple of years, (the red flashing light and beeping) I went online to purchase a new battery. I searched through some cheaper and more poorly reviewed items. I tend to stay away since they tend to break faster. I found this one that had a good number of reviews and positive experiences. So I purchased this and for the first 11months, things were good. Then I started getting those beeps and flashing red light. I went through all the youtube videos and websites that show you how to clean the robot. Mine was not that dirty but I took all of it apart and put it back together. When nothing fixed the issue, I realized it must be the battery since it would not take a charge or run and so I contacted Tina in CS. I told her that I didn't use the vacuum frequently and that I might have received a defective battery since it died with such low number of hours of use. She was very understanding and we went through a troubleshooting process. When we realized it was probably the battery, she kindly offered to send a replacement. I received it promptly and now it works perfectly. Customer support is a huge part of my buying process. I have a number of other battery powered items for the house so I will probably look at them first when searching for those items. I like when companies can stand behind their products and can own up to possible defects or outliers.
