I didn't really want a range oven, so I am a bit of a hard sell. I would have preferred a built in oven and separate hob but the layout of my kitchen meant I had to buy a range. This oven looks really nice. I was worried it might look old fashioned, but the controls are all handsome, clear and functional. The ovens both do a great job of cooking really evenly and the large middle gas ring is great as I like to stir fry.I have owned this for a couple of months now and had no problems with it.The extract hood is fine. Does the job and looks like an extract fan so no complaints there. (Hard to get excited over an extract fan! but it gives me no cause for complaint and the lights on it are good).I was however not impressed by the company's delivery. The cooker was not delivered in the original time frame specified when I ordered it. Nor did it arrive on the Monday that I was told it would. We spent the day expecting it, and heard nothing, which was frustrating. It arrived the following day. It was delivered by one guy on his own. It was of course very heavy. I was told there would only be one person to unload and my husband was forewarned to have to help out. As it turned out the delivery guy was not feeling very well so my husband had to do a lot of the lifting.All in all, I do not regret the purchase. The price for both items was great.

I’ve had it two years now and I’m pleased with it. Looks good and works well but if you use the grill make sure you close the oven door or you’ll burn your fingers when you use the knobs.

Love my cooker its awesome used it a couple of times and makes my meat and veg to perfection. Extractor hood is awesome great value for money. Friends and family love the cooker

When it arrived I was happy with the cooker it looked good and worked well however after a couple of weeks small rust spots started to appear all over the metal surfaces I removed them with metal polish however due to it being a pain to keep the rust spots away I would not recommend this cooker.
