This stepper has exceeded my expectations. The step platform is height adjustable which is great for different purposes, I can keep it on the low setting for quicker step movements and adjust it to the higher setting for more of a height boost for different movements. The storage bin is also helpful to store the smaller weights. As advertised it has tracks for resistance bands to channel through so that you can hit multiple muscle groups and angles and intensities. The parts move easily to change positions of the height of the unit or the pop up back rest. I love that you can also use as an incline/decline by adjusting the height of the legs on either side. I highly recommend this unit as a great addition to any home gym, great quality like you would see at a commercial gym

I’m very impressed with this adjustable bench! I workout often and have a regular bench, but it’s very difficult to bring into the living room to do workouts. A friend of mine has something very similar to this adjustable bench so I decided to look for one. I read lots of reviews, and this is the one I decided to go with. When it arrived, I took it out of the box and started to get a feel for it. It’s very durable. In fact, it’s more durable and sturdy than I expected it to be. I have done a chest workout on it and I left, for me, pretty decent weights. It held up very well! I am 5’4” so it does well with my body height. Anyone who is much taller than me would probably have some difficulty. The bench is not the normal length of a normal bench that you would find in the gym. So if you are, I would say, over 5’6” you may have difficulty doing some of the exercises that require laying down on the bench. But, as for the other exercises that you can do, like step ups, dips, push-ups, etc. it would work well. I have not tried the bands on the bench, yet, but will in the future. But I am very satisfied with this bench. It breaks down low enough to pick up and store somewhere easily. It is not, in my opinion, that heavy. It does have some weight to it, but I can move it without any problem. I look forward to trying other exercises on it.

I am pleased with the quality and sturdiness of this bench. It is very user friendly and easy to handle. A few improvements or additional fearures like leg support for abbs excercise can be added to make it exceptional but still workable.

Great bench-ordered it for our home gym after seeing the similar Reebok bench that was sold out. Took a few weeks to arrive but very happy with the product.A few things-the incline piece is sticky when moving it from straight up to leaned back and I’ve noticed it doesn’t feel super sturdy but does support weight if you lean back into it.The collapsible legs are great to change the height of the bench, but be aware that they do fold down VERY easily. If you pick up the bench at one end and leave the other end on the floor, the other end will buckle under and fold as we found out the hard way. It’s best to lay the bench of its side or top and then fold the legs in or out to avoid injury.It’s also short in length if you want to use it for a chest press or similar exercise while laying down on it. I am 5’6”-5’7” and had to have my tailbone at the end of the bench in order to keep my head on it at the other end.Other than that, a great product that we will probably buy again if a second is needed.

The product was delivered as described & great quality for the price point. I like the Incline adjustment for different exercises & the storage compartment. I would purchase other fitness products from this company!

I love this product, as its one of the best aerobics decks there are. You can lift up the top and sit, leaning against lifted top and lift weights and do other workouts. There is storage space to keep your workout gear if one needs it. The bench is adjustable it can be made it bigger or smaller. Overall product is great! perfect item for home gym

This is so multi-functional, has slip-resistant safety features, is made from durable products, and easily stores out of the way. I love this bench!
