you will never get opacity to light unless you have a black layer in the back of the curtain..
otherwise this is a perfect curtain.. it's light weight, and yet blocking the sun rays completely and giving a darker shade in the room... looking good..and actually cheap price.. i ordered 2 sets of white 108 inches long for a sliding doors in sw florida

Gorgeous and the wrinkles steamed out easily
These panels are really beautiful and really add a light and airy feel to the living room. The price point was just right and thank goodness they come in pairs as I have 1 large picture window, a slider and another window to cover. 1 pair per window is perfect as and more than that would look too heavy. The 52x96L size is perfect for all of them as I prefer to have them pool on the floor. They're definitely light filtering and not "blackout" because they're white and not actually lined but the material is thick and sturdy. It's exactly what I was looking for. The wrinkles steamed out effortlessly and quickly. I will definitely be buying another couple pairs for the spare room.
