This stuff is pretty much professional grade pesticide, so do not use it if you don't know what you are doing. Gloves, Respirator and sealed eye protection are a must. I have used it to spray down a property we bought and believe me the Big biting Ants, Fire Ants, Termites and Roaches all died running like they were on fire. Nest went from full activity to Zero within 30 seconds. One year later and we still see almost no Ants or other pests. The smell is really powerful and I absolutely do not think this should be used indoors or anywhere near were people can come in contact with it or the smell. For the House itself we dug a 6 inch deep perimeter trench a foot from the house and poured the properly diluted Cyper into the trench and buried it back over right away. So far one year later no Termites or Ants have ventured back into the house. Do not store this around the house, the plastic may become brittle with age and leak. I used it all up and then washed out the jug near an old Ant pit and then dumped it. I just bought another jug of this to do another follow up spraying. I have learned in the past that 2-3 years of vigilance will usually wipe out the Termites and Ants for a very long time.

we love this stuff. Same thing the professionals use. takes about an hour to dry fully so keep your pets put up and dont spray around them or their food bowls. We have used this for years now and recently switched to another 'good' brand, buy as you can see, we went back to this one. Takes a little while to recieve and a little larger price tag, but well worth it. good for inside and outside.

My initial foray into home owner insecticide applications started with viper as a test. The results were phenomenal not only for the eradication of most insects from my property in HI but also for my wallet, since I no longer had to shell out a few hundred bucks each time the pest guy came on a quarterly basis. Now, Viper is great, but I wanted more product which Viper didn't offer to me on Amazon. I checked the active ingredient and found Cyper TC to be the exact equivalent in an oil based solution, just as Viper. I purchased Cyper TC just as I ran out of Viper and I was ready to try out the new stuff. I now spray all my properties and save money doing so. For interior use, I still fall back to my Talstar P water based product.

Helped some, but didn't quite kill everything and prevent its return. Although I had a horrible weed problem. So, I'm not sure if the product was the correct one for every type of weed.
