I've been using this machine for over a month to train my abs, and I can now give a reliable opinion. The machine works and does its job, but more than anything, it requires personal dedication. For home workouts, it's more than sufficient; it's durable and very lightweight, making it easy to move. Installation was very quick and easy.

Let me start off by saying I HATE working out and exercising. But I am trying to get in better shape/health. This really targets your abs and it's not strenuous on any other body part (you know, like if you do crunches incorrectly). Like, I don't feel like I'm going to pull a random muscle if I'm not doing it "right". But I do feel a burn. A good burn!!!! And the sliding up and down makes it fun. You can adjust the angle to make it harder or easier. It's really easy to set up and take down. Feels durable. Definitely worth it for the price!! The assembly instructions are basically useless though. They don't tell you how to put it together at all but you don't need them anyways. It's self-explanatory.

Product came good, it does what it says however the display came broken showing only zero and not working. Thin cables, cheap electronics.

this thing is awesome!! i can set up in front of the tv and go as long as i can. it folds up so you can store in a closet easily. super simple to put together, luckily, because i did not receive instructions! there was possibly a QR code somewhere i may have missed though.
