Dpm tapes - tesa 4965 Thin Clear Double-Sided PET Tape, High Adhesion and Shear Resistance, 6 mm x 50 m

We are a business and get through a lot of double sided Tesa Tape, we would normally buy this from suppliers but having found it on Amazon at half the price we thought we would try it. The quality is exactly the same as expensive tape and functions as well too. We have bought this multiple times and so far it has yet to fail us. We are using this for exhibiton stands and it holds a lot of weight, once attached and left overnight it is extremely difficult to remove.

I thought ill leave a quick review here to help others, this was perfect for LED staircase project! After buying aluminum LED channels, I was in a bit of a predicament when it came to finding a way to safe and securely fit them to my new oak staircase treads. I wanted them to be sticky but not horribly permanent which you often find with certain adhesive tapes that leaves horrible residue. This tape, however, struck the perfect balance I needed! It is is seriously sticky, completely transparent and wonderfully think - in fact, precisely the width of my LED channels. The tap was easy to cut, then peel with its visible red backing and then stick down. The tape immediately stuck down on my oak treads, comfortably sealing the aluminum bracket to its surface. I have had it for months now and can safe say its held on! Moreover, I had a test of removing it for a spare oak tread I had. It was relatively easy to remove using a scraper. Most importantly, it left no residue.

This is a very good double sided tape for craft projects. I use it for lampshade making and it provides a strong bond. There are cheaper brands out there, which are fine for paper craft, but if want a secure bond you can rely on them I'd recommend this tape.

Best back to back tape I have used. Ignore any negative comments about difficulties peeling it. Maybe people with poor eye site. Perfect
