I put this on the end of a SEBO X4 vacuum to use on a dryer with the flat lint trap at the front of the drum, which is very deep and impossible to get to with a regular crevice tool. It seems like the tool adapters are varied enough to work with most vacuum hoses. It works great; the adapters are tight and don't come apart when using it, and there is good suction on the end. I noticed that sometimes when the flexible hose was bent, it clogged, but if I just straightened it out, it sucked the lint up, then I was able to start again. I had a few years worth of lint since I'd never been able to find the right tool, so there was a lot to clean out. The brush was handy to loosen the compacted lint up before vacuuming. A little pricey, but it's a one time buy to use for years. I recommend it.

I purchased a dryer vent cleaning kit from “ Mountain Trades “, way back in June of 2020.Subsequently, the shipped package was displaced in my house, and was just recently found stored amongst other items under the stairwell.Product was still in its original packaging, and upon inspection , it was found to be missing a slender rubber hose attachment that is required for the vent kit to work.On a lark, I emailed “ Mountain Trades “ to see if I could perhaps get a replacement hose, albeit a bit embarrassed by the 2 years that had passed. I was fully prepared to purchase a brand new kit if this option was not viable.On the very same day-early evening, I received a Company email from a Mr.” Ed Kulczycki “ addressing the issue. The “ Mountain Trades “ Company was willing to send out not only the missing part, but some additional attachments included with the vent cleaning kit. This was on a Friday, and the items would be shipped out the following Monday. The following week, I received a telephone call from “ Ed “ advising me that the product was shipped, free of charge. “ Ed “ advised me that the original missing hose would have been shipped at quality control stage, right from their Facility…not an issue. What a handy device! Fit perfectly into slot of dryer where lint trap is located. Attached to small shop vac with no problems. Did not clog up and flexibility made it easy to move around. Brush did a nice job of loosening lint as well. I used under both washer, dryer and under refrigerator too. Well worth the money! I wish it had a 12” extension for the hard to reach areas in back of the appliances.

Hose attachment does not fit on my Shark but does fit my Hoover (both are fairly new vaccums). Hose attachment is ok but very awkward to use on my Whirlpool Duet Steam dryer. However wand was great. Long and flexible which made it easy to use. I was able to get lent from the dryer and the exterior vent using the wand. My recommendation is just purchase wand without vacuum attachment and save money.

Moved into an apartment with a dryer that wasn't vented outside and used a water lint trap box that the previous tenant obviously didn't know how to use or maintain and the landlord didn't attempt to clean or do maintenance on the unit. I'm also pretty sensitive/allergic to perfumes found in dryer sheets so the whole situation prevented me from using the machine.Lint was caked on inside the machines lint trap housing and piled up inside the machine where the lint leaves the drum. The brush did and excellent job of getting all of that out or loosening it up enough for the flexible part of the kit to reach and suck out. The rest we were able to get to vent naturally through the back. It took some work but the vacuum and brush kit made it job so much easier.The vacuum adapter was able to fit the handheld Dyson we had. It's not a "made for" fit but it maintains suction as long as you aren't too aggressive with it.

Totally amazing! The wire brush removes a lot of the dryer lint, but the flexible hose is unbelievable. It was able to completely clear out all signs of dryer lint, AND even the chunks I couldn’t see. The amount of lint removed totally blew my mind and was super satisfying to see. I bought this because I’m always concerned about the risk of fire - this makes me feel 100% better. The hose fit on my shark vacuum just fine after following the instructions to use warm water to fit the pieces together. The attachment also worked great to get in hard-to-get small spaces such as between the seats and console of my car and in between the fridge and the wall. Definitely a great value for the price!! Love it. I highly recommend it.

I either did not understand the directions or measured incorrectly because the original shipment would not work with either of 3 vacuums I have. However, the seller must have understood the measurement problem so included a note saying they would send an attachment which should work, at no cost. So sent an e-mail to them and they immediately sent the attachments, one of which worked great. The device works great. It is flexible enough to get to most places in the dryer. The brush is also useful but the major help comes from the vacuum hose extension.
