2.5 and 5Ah works
The 2.5Ah is a great battery for a 250cc.Initially I assumed it wouldn't be able to power the starter in the 250, but it has more power than necessary. If anything I'd say the 2.5Ah is powerful enough for up to a 350 or even a 400cc.The 5Ah is perfect for my CFMoto 450. It's got more power than I need to start the bike. The only reason I went with the 5Ah version instead of the 3.5Ah was fitment. The 3.5Ah was too small for the compartment. Also, the bike uses a t-box with parasitic drain. So the 5Ah works great for 30-60 days of no riding. With the 3.5Ah I would have needed to disconnect the battery during such long time no riding, or plug it in a trickle charger.I also bought the 2.5A for my cg250.Due to an electric error, the starter kept cranking the engine for 2 whole minutes, even with the keys out of the keyhole and the starter button in off position. This was no fault of the battery of course, but I was amazed that the 2.5A battery just kept cranking that thing without seizing, for 2 whole minutes, until I was able to fix the issue. Also, one of my engines had a charge issue. This bike just kept riding for 2 days before the battery gave out. After a 30 minute quick charge, was ready to go again.

Not a direct replacement.
DOES NOT fit HD Road Glide. Terminals are reversed.Amazon filter says it fits... If your "-" terminal is on the right side of your bike, this battery will have the terminals reversed for you as well. Also, battery case is shorter than a standard battery and comes with spacers to make it fit. I could have lived with this but the terminals are a problem as it would have left the "+" terminal exposed on my bike.

Perfect Fit
Perfect fit for my 2016 KTM Freeride. Works fine.Update: Cranked engine over 3-4 times then went deader than Columbus. Dropped to 2.1 vdc. Indicator on battery still showed 90% ?? Have a Lithium compatible charger but it would not take a charge. Returned for credit.

Historic Improvement in Context
One might think there is not much to say about a motorcycle battery. However, I was really impressed with this product. In all honesty, I had my doubts regarding the lithium technology. I have ridden for close to a half century. The primary bike over the last 20 years has been a 2000cc V-Twin. When I installed this battery it spun the big engine like a top. No cranking, hesitation, etc. Also like the fact it has a little charge indicator light on top that reflected it was not absolutely "topped off". Every start since then has been exactly the same. At this point, I would say it represented a great value. My experience has shown that a lead based motorcycle battery might be good for a couple of years or so if one keeps it on a maintainer, etc. If this EBL lithium makes that mark it will represent a vast improvement over any battery I have used.

Good battery
Didn't quite fit in the original battery's position, but it came with foam shims and for my 2003 BMW R1150rt it works! Fantastic. Starts to bike every time. Has plenty of cranking power. Great battery for the price.

Works in my GPX tse300r dirt bike perfectly!
Works in my GPX tse300r or KTM 300xcw. Comes with a base extender as this battery is shorter than the stock. Seems well built and packaged neatly. Time will tell how long it will last, but the price was good

this is NOT a direct fit for YTZ10S-BS
my motorcycle require battery number YTZ10S-BS. this little itty bitty battery has the same cranking amperage and roughly have the reserve capacity of my original battery. would it work? yes. however, I would need to create some spacers to fill in the empty area that this battery would leave. I'd be willing to bet it would have great functionality but, I don't see it working in my application. what a bummer. as an added bonus, the little charge indicator on it was neat to see.

Wow It's Light!
My dad's Honda CTX700 battery died recently (dead enough to not start and needed a jump to get home), so I went on the lookout for a replacement battery. I tried a couple SLA batteries, but was having issues with those meeting their claimed CCA rating. After a few returns, I decided to spend about triple the price on this battery as it was rated well and had a really high CCA rating. The bike calls for somewhere around 200CCA, and this battery is rated for 360CA, and tested at 378CCA out of the box. Threw this in the bike and it fired right up, faster than the stock battery and consistently for about a month now. I'll keep tabs on the battery to see how it does long term, but so far it's working as advertised at 1/3 the weigh the old battery.
