If you strip a screw, too bad! There are no extra bolts, dowels, or screws in the hundreds of supplies. All the many different sizes and widths of screws and bolts are also unlabeled, so you have to count each one to figure out the "number" it corresponds with. Once the pieces were sorted, it took 4 hours for a capable couple to build. If the directions had some words to identify the parts other than numbers, it would be so much easier to understand.Make sure you purchase wall anchors! The kit does not include any, and it is wobbly feeling without them. The ladder also is slippery without grip tape, so that was another purchase we made. And double check your mattress height. This was our fault for not reviewing the measurements closer, as we do have a very plush mattress. We bought an additional bed rail to give the railing extra height.The saving grace is, once it is all assembled and anchored, my son LOVED it. It has plenty of storage. It looks nice and shipped quickly and with no broken pieces. For the price, it's great. But, seriously.. throw us a few extra screws next time!

The handlers of packaging was a bit rough and screws fell out of its packaging. Instructions were easy to follow and easy to assemble. It did take some time with just one person. Daughter loves the color and so much more space in her room now.
